摘要: Disclosed herein is a white organic light emitting device including various emission layers with improved luminous efficiency, an increased color viewing angle, and low power consumption. The white organic light emitting device includes at least two charge generation layers and at least three stacks between a first electrode and a second electrode. The first stack includes an emission layer having a wavelength range of about 440 to about 470 nm, the second stack includes an emission layer having a wavelength range of about 530 to about 570 nm, and the third stack includes an emission layer having a wavelength range of about 590 to about 620 nm and an emission layer having a wavelength range of about 440 to about 470 nm.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device including thereof. The organic light emitting diode (OLED) includes multiple emitting parts disposed between two facing electrodes and at least one charge generation layer disposed between the multiple emitting parts. The at least one of the multiple emitting parts includes a green emitting material layer, and an energy bandgap between HOMO energy level of host and LUMO energy level of dopant in a P-type charge generation layer is controlled. The OLED and the organic light emitting device can improve their luminous efficiency by controlling charge injections in an emissive layer and improve efficiently white balance by suitable color compensation.

摘要: An organic light emitting diode includes a first emitting part including a first emitting material layer (EML) and a first electron transporting layer (ETL), a second emitting part including a second EML and between the first emitting part and the second electrode, an n-type charge generation layer (CGL) contacting the first ETL and between the first ETL and the second emitting part, and a p-type CGL contacting the n-type CGL and between the n-type CGL and the second emitting part. The first ETL includes a first compound, and the n-type CGL includes a second compound and an n-type dopant. A lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the first compound can be higher than a LUMO energy level of the second compound.
