摘要: There is provided a light-emitting diode including: a first electrode including a reflective metal layer and a transparent conductive material layer formed on the reflective metal layer; an emitting material layer formed on the first electrode and including a light-emitting layer formed with a host and first and second dopants; and a second electrode formed on the emitting material layer and being a semi-transparent electrode, wherein a first wavelength corresponding to a peak value of a photo luminescence (PL) spectrum of the first dopant is shorter than a second wavelength corresponding to a peak value of an electro luminescence (EL) spectrum of the first dopant, and a third wavelength corresponding to a peak value of a PL spectrum of the second dopant is longer than a fourth wavelength corresponding to a peak value of an EL spectrum of the second dopant.

摘要: An organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device containing the same are provided. The organic light emitting diode includes at least two emitting parts each of which includes independently an emitting material layer. Each of the emitting material layers includes independently an anthracene-based host having different deuterium substitution rates. The organic light emitting device includes the organic light emitting diode. Hosts with different deuterium substitution rates are introduced into each organic emitting material layer to improve luminous efficiency and luminous lifespan of the organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting device.

摘要: An organic light emitting diode includes a first emitting part including a first emitting material layer (EML) and a first electron transporting layer (ETL), a second emitting part including a second EML and between the first emitting part and the second electrode, an n-type charge generation layer (CGL) contacting the first ETL and between the first ETL and the second emitting part, and a p-type CGL contacting the n-type CGL and between the n-type CGL and the second emitting part. The first ETL includes a first compound, and the n-type CGL includes a second compound and an n-type dopant. A lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the first compound can be higher than a LUMO energy level of the second compound.
