    Abstract: An apparatus is provided for storing and dispensing a cosmetic fluid, comprising: a body including a nozzle disposed at a first end of the body and an opening disposed at a second end of the body, the body being configured to hold a volume of a fluid; a one-way valve attached to the nozzle configured to allow a flow of the fluid in a first direction from a first end to a second end of the one-way valve, and preventing flow of the fluid in a second substantially opposite direction; and a piston, wherein the opening is configured to receive the piston; the piston forms a fluid seal with sidewalls of the body; the piston is configured to be translated along a length of the body from the second end of the body to the first end of the body; and the translation of the piston displaces and ejects a predetermined volume of fluid through the one-way valve.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, a computer-implemented method of presenting an achievable eyebrow is provided. A computing system receives an indication of an eyebrow mimetic for a subject. The computing system positions the eyebrow mimetic on an image of a face of the subject. The computing system determines an achievable eyebrow by determining one or more modifications to a bare eyebrow of the subject within maximum modification parameters to make the bare eyebrow more like the eyebrow mimetic. The computing system generates a presentation of the achievable eyebrow.

A cosmetic deposition device includes an applicator component, a position sensor, and a reservoir for compositions for the cosmetic style. A display of the cosmetic deposition device represents the portion of skin as a guide segment, and represents the applicator component as a visual indicator relative to the guide segment based on the position sensor. The depiction of the visual indicator responds to changes in the position of the applicator component relative to the portion of the biological surface to visually guide the individual to accurately apply the cosmetic style, and a feedback device alerts the individual if the application deviates from the portion of the biological surface. These approaches enable the individual to correct application of the composition in real time.

The device detects its position relative to the portion of skin and automatically corrects the deposition process with selective activation of one or more applicator nozzles of the plurality of applicator nozzles or selective movement of the movable applicator nozzle. These approaches enable automatic correction of application of the composition in real time.
