摘要： Membrane switches are manufactured by electrically conductive pastes consisting of 55 to 65% by weight of metal powder in the shape of flake (silver, aluminum, copper or the alloy thereof), 35 to 60% by weight of an organic solvent at high boiling point, 5 to 15% by weight of organic thermal plastic, including mainly saturation polyester polymer, and 0.5 to 5% by weight of additives, including trietheanolamine, adhesion promoter, defoamer, leveling agent, thixotropic agent etc. The silver paste is of excellent adhesion on ITO film or ITO glass, delivers conductivity high up to 20 mΩ/□ with less than 65% by weight of silver, and passes test under the conditions (85□, 85% RH, 1000 hours).

摘要： An overflow pipe assembly of a bathtub includes an overflow pipe having a horizontal fitting end which has outer threads on outside thereof. A flange extends from the outside of the fitting end. A buffering ring is mounted to the fitting end and clamped between the flange and the wall of the bathtub. Two slots are defined axially in the passage of the fitting end. A locking ring is threadedly connected to the outer threads of the overflow pipe. A cap is mounted to the fitting end and has a peripheral wall which includes multiple drain holes. The cap has a tubular portion inserted into the passage. The tubular portion has a central hole which communicates with apertures defined through the wall of the tubular portion. The tubular portion has two protrusion which are engaged with the slots of the fitting end.

摘要： A tube coupling device having a check valve contains: a coupling body and a valve assembly. The coupling body includes a tubular member and a circular connecting seat, the tubular member is hollow to flow water, and the coupling body also includes an isolation sleeve for covering on an inner wall of the tubular member, such that the isolation sleeve separates the water from the tubular member, and the isolation sleeve has a flow channel for flowing the water. The locking set is disposed between the tubular member and the isolation sleeve and includes a protruded rib extending inwardly around the tubular member and retained between the isolation sleeve and the tubular member. The locking set also includes a retaining groove formed on the isolation sleeve and retaining with the protruded rib, and the retaining groove engages with the protruded rib and covers three sides of the protruded rib.

摘要： An overflow assembly includes an overflow pipe having a mounting end. Multiple engaging portions are defined in the outer periphery of the mounting end. Each engaging portion has an opening and a toothed section. The opening opens to the distal end of the mounting end and communicates with an L-shaped path. The toothed section is defined in one of insides of the path. A collar is rotatably mounted to the mounting end and a protrusion extends radially and inward from the inner periphery of the collar so as to be engaged with the toothed section. The collar is rotated by engaging the protrusion with the toothed section and contacts against the bathtub's wall. An O-ring is axially mounted to the collar. A cap having an overflow aperture is mounted to the collar. The collar is cooperated with the toothed section and no threads are needed.

摘要： A drainage assembly for a bathtub includes a stopper unit having a base including a drain passage and a lock hole defined through a bottom thereof. A drain pipe includes a tub shoe at one end thereof and the tub shoe communicates with the drain passage. An extension extends from the inner bottom of the tub shoe. A guide member includes a rod which includes a first connection portion formed on the first end of the rod, and a hook formed on the second end of the rod. The first connection portion is detachably connected to the extension to extend the rod through the lock hole so as to align the tub shoe with the base, and to connect the outer threads of the base with the inner threads of the tub shoe easily.

摘要： A ball valve includes an inner valve unit having a ball valve unit and a valve seat in which the ball valve unit is received. A shaft extends from the ball valve which is clamped between two retainers. The valve seat has a tubular shank and a lateral hole is defined radially through the shank. The shaft extends through the valve seat. The housing is made of metal and has a chamber for receiving the inner valve unit. The housing has an inlet and an outlet which is located corresponding to the lateral hole of the valve seat and the central holes of the retainers. The shaft extends through the installation hole of the housing and is connected with a switch which is operated to rotate the ball valve between open and sealed positions. The water does not contact the metallic parts and the structure is simple and easily assembled.
