    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sampling a context-adaptive personalized psychological state for a wearable device. The apparatus may include a sensor data collection unit configured to collect sensor data using a mobile and a wearable device, a physical activity classification unit configured to deduce a user's physical activities based on the collected sensor data, a sensor data unsupervised learning unit configured to group data based on extracted sensor data feature values for each deduced physical activity, a hierarchical psychological state classification unit configured to deduce a current psychological state as corresponding sensor data based on the data classified by the sensor data unsupervised learning unit, an information collection request determination unit configured to determine whether to request self-report information collection from a user based on at least one of the deduced current psychological state, collected label information, the sensor data or a degree of a user burden, and an information collection interface unit configured to receive self-report information from the user when the information collection request determination unit determines to collect the self-report information from the user.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for supporting automated self-experimentation based on lifelog data for health behavior change. The system includes a data collection unit configured to collect data related to a user from a plurality of smart terminals and preprocess the data as variables that represent a lifelog of the user; a causal inference unit configured to establish a causal relationship hypothesis between the variables of the user and infer a causal relationship between the variables collected from the user using a statistical analysis method; a variable recommendation unit configured to recommend a variable for verifying the causal relationship through self-experimentation for the user based on an inference result acquired from the causal inference unit and an interaction of the user with the system; and a self-experimentation planning unit configured to plan and conduct an experiment to verify the causal relationship through the self-experimentation for the user.

    Abstract: A method for mediating uses of smart devices of group users includes creating a location-based virtual self-control space, searching for a virtual self-control space that is adjacent to a smart device of a requester for mediating uses of the smart devices of the group users, from the created virtual self-control space, selecting an interest space which the requester is to participate in, from the found virtual self-control space, and allowing smart devices of group users pertaining to the interest space to participate in self-control of use, allowing the smart devices of the group users to apply a use restraining mode in the virtual self-control space corresponding to the interest space, and after applying the use restraining mode, allowing the smart devices of the group users to release the use restraining mode in the virtual self-control space corresponding to the interest space.
