摘要: The present invention is a production method of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet including annealing a belt-shaped steel sheet having a Si content of greater than or equal to 0.2% by mass, wherein the annealing is continuously carried out using an annealing furnace having an oxidation heating zone and a reduction heating zone in this order, while the steel sheet is fed using rollers. The annealing includes oxidizing a surface of the steel sheet in the oxidation heating zone at a temperature at which roll pickup does not occur and reducing an iron oxide layer, formed by the oxidizing, in the reduction heating zone before the iron oxide layer reaches an initial roller in the reduction heating zone.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a steel wire material that contains 0.05%-1.2% C (“%” means “% by mass,” same hereinafter for chemical components.), 0.01%-0.7% Si, 0.1%-1.5% Mn, 0.02% max. P (not including 0%), 0.02% max. S (not including 0%), and 0.005% max. N (not including 0%), with the remainder being iron and unavoidable impurities. The steel wire material has a scale 6.0-20 μm thick and holes of an equivalent circle diameter of 1 μm max. in said scale that occupy 10% by area max. Said scale does not detach in the cooling process after hot rolling or during storage or transportation but can readily detach during mechanical descaling.

摘要: A powder for a powder magnetic core, being composed of iron-base soft magnetic powder particles which each have a phosphoric acid-based chemical conversion coating on the surface. In this powder, the maximum thickness of the phosphoric acid-based chemical conversion coating is 20 to 200 nm, and recessed portions are formed on the surface of the chemical conversion coating with the total area of openings of the recessed portions being 0.5 to 50% by area relative to the total area of the observation visual fields, as determined by observing ten or more parts of the surface of the phosphoric acid-based chemical conversion coating through a scanning electron microscope with a magnification of 10000× or more.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a press-formed article, said method comprising forming a galvanized steel sheet or an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet by hot press forming, wherein, after heating the steel sheet and holding the same, the forming is started at a temperature of 680-750° C. inclusive, while allowing liquid zinc to remain on the surface of the steel sheet, and the forming is performed while regulating the strain rate in a plastic deformation part of the steel sheet to 0.5 sec−1 or lower.
