    Abstract: A method, system and product for handling communication messages based on urgency. A communication message which was transmitted to a user is obtained. The communication message associated with a multiplicity of attributes. Based on activities of the user when handling previously received communication messages, and based on a current context of the user, an urgency score is determined. The determination comprises estimating a function of a time duration until the user is expected to perform a first action in response to receiving the communication message. A user interface of a communication system is displayed to the user. The display is affected by the urgency score.

    Abstract: A system, method and product for event-based scoring of communication messages. An external event is obtained. The external event is external to a communication system through which a user received a plurality of communication messages. In response to the external event, scores to the plurality of communication messages are computed, wherein each score is computed based on a relevancy measurement of a respective communication message to the external event. A display of the communication system is provided, wherein the display is affected by the computed scores.

    Abstract: A communication platform for ad-hoc virtual organization. An ad-hoc virtual organization that comprises a plurality of users, at least two of which utilize different and unaffiliated message servers for handling their communication messages, is determined. Communication messages of the plurality of users are obtained, wherein the communication messages comprise all communication messages determined to be related to the ad-hoc virtual organization. The communication messages are processed to determine aggregated data. At least a portion of the aggregated data is transmitted to a client of the user, whereby the client is enabled to utilize the aggregated data to improve user experience of the user using information obtained from other users.
