    摘要: According to one embodiment, a sensor module includes a sensor and a diagnosis circuit. The sensor includes piezoelectric transducers and switches. The piezoelectric transducers have different resonance frequencies. The switches are provided to correspond to the piezoelectric transducers, respectively. Each of the switches outputs an output signal corresponding to a voltage generated by an inverse piezoelectric effect of a corresponding piezoelectric transducer of the piezoelectric transducers. The diagnosis circuit diagnoses, based on a difference in pattern of the output signal, whether vibration has newly occurred in the sensor, and switch an output destination of the output signal of the sensor according to a result of the diagnosis.

The locator that locates a generation source position of the elastic wave on the basis of outputs of the plurality of sensors. The first counter that accumulates information of generation source positions of a plurality of elastic waves located by the locator to calculate a distribution of generation source positions of the plurality of elastic waves over a predetermined time. The determiner that determines the position of the crack on the basis of the distribution calculated by the first counter.

    摘要: According to an embodiment, a detection device is used for a structure. The structure includes: a first member; a second member provided on an opposite side of the first member; and a welded portion that is provided along an end of the second member facing the first member and fixes the first member and the second member. The detection device include: a plurality of acoustic emission sensors that are disposed so as to be spaced apart from each other in a direction in which the welded portion extends and are configured to detect an elastic wave transmitted to the second member, each acoustic emission sensor being attached to the second member; and an outputter that outputs information, obtained from outputs of the plurality of the acoustic emission sensors.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a structure evaluation system includes at least three or more sensors, a position locator, and an evaluator. The three or more sensors are arranged on surfaces different from a surface to which an impact is applied with respect to a structure at different intervals in a first direction of the structure and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and detects elastic waves generated from the structure. The position locator locates a position of a source in which the elastic waves are generated on the basis of the elastic waves detected by each of the three or more sensors. The evaluator evaluates a deterioration state of the structure on the basis of information based on a position location process of the position locator and information indicating a position where the impact is applied.

The plurality of sensors detect elastic waves. The position locator locates positions of elastic wave sources by using the elastic waves among the plurality of elastic waves respectively detected by the plurality of sensors having an amplitude exceeding a threshold value determined according to positions of the sources of the plurality of elastic waves and the positions of the plurality of disposed sensors. The evaluator evaluates a deteriorated state of the structure on the basis of results of the position locating of the elastic wave sources which is performed by the position locator.
