Provided is an information processing apparatus capable of calling functions of a plurality of servers without having to perform authentication every time. An authentication-executing unit, in the case where a function requires authentication in one of the plurality of servers, performs authentication with that server. An integrated-arrangement unit arranges in one application instruction areas that acquire instructions for calling the functions to any one of the plurality of the servers, and further, arranges the instruction areas in which a plurality of the functions that are similar and that require authentication by the authentication-executing unit and/or a plurality of the functions that are to be authenticated in the same server are organized as a folder. An authentication-state-changing unit controls the authentication state in correlation with any one of the folder organized by the integrated-arrangement unit, the application, and the function.

Provided is an image formation device with which expanded is easy and the development cost can be reduced. A device control platform manages hardware resource in an operating system. A standard application service interface unit provides an interface for utilizing a standard application function from outside of a standard application execution unit. A platform service interface unit provides an interface for utilizing hardware resource from the outside of the device control platform. A standard function service enables the use of the standard application functions corresponding to the standard application service interface unit. An expanded function service enables the use of the hardware resource corresponding to the platform service interface unit. An expanded application management unit manages and executes expanded applications capable of calling the standard function service and the expanded function service.

An image forming apparatus that executes information sharing among a plurality of image forming apparatuses includes a communication circuit, a set value management circuit, a storage circuit, and a distribution hold list management circuit. The communication circuit ensures communication with another image forming apparatus of the plurality of the image forming apparatuses. The set value management circuit distributes, based on a master authority as an authority for distributing a changed set value to the other image forming apparatus, the changed set value to the other image forming apparatus. The storage circuit, when the distribution fails, stores a distribution hold list that includes a combination of: an identifier of another image forming apparatus where the distribution has failed, and an item name and value of a set value where the distribution has failed. The distribution hold list management circuit manages the stored distribution hold list.

The re-notification includes transmission information for transmitting consent or non-consent re-response information. A re-response-acquiring unit acquires the re-response information corresponding to the transmission information in the re-notification. An image forming apparatus includes an exit tray, an image forming section, a print controller, a user identification section, a fetch sensor, and a notification managing section. The image forming section performs printing on a sheet and ejects the printed sheet onto the exit tray. The print controller causes the image forming section to perform printing. The user identification section identifies the user and manages log-in and log-out status of the user. The fetch sensor detects whether or not the ejected printed sheet is fetched.
