摘要： An image processing apparatus includes an image input unit and a control unit. Through the image input unit, a first image including an insertion area and a second image different from the first image are input. The control unit functions as an image acquisition section, an insertion area detection section, an insertion image detection section, and an image processing section. The image acquisition section acquires the first image and the second image input through the image input unit. The insertion area detection section detects the insertion area from the first image. The insertion image detection section detects an insertion image from the second image. The image processing section generates a third image by inserting the insertion image into the insertion area.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: an image reading section, an operating section; a synthesizing region acceptance section that accepts, through the touch panel, specification of an object synthesizing region of a document image acquired by reading by the image reading section; an object acquiring section that acquires a plurality of objects to be individually synthesized in the object synthesizing region; and an image creating section that synthesizes each of object images representing the acquired objects in the object synthesizing region of the document image, thus creating, for the plurality of objects, individual outputting synthetic images containing the respective object images synthesized thereinto.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a storage device and a control device. The storage device stores a document. The control device includes a processor and functions, through the processor executing a control program, as a character recognizer and a tag generator. The character recognizer analyzes the document stored in the storage device and recognizes characters contained in the document. The tag generator analyzes, based on a recognition result of the character recognizer, a sequence of characters contained in the document and generates a tag expressing a feature of descriptive content of the document.

摘要： In an in-hand apparatus being operated by a user, a display device of the in-hand apparatus displays a list of image forming apparatuses that can access a cloud server, an input device of the in-hand apparatus designates an image forming apparatus selected out of the list according to a selection input, as remote apparatus. When the display device of the in-hand apparatus displays a user box stored in a storage device of the remote apparatus, and the input device of the in-hand apparatus receives an input for selecting a file out of the user box, the remote apparatus transmits the selected file to the cloud server, and the cloud server stores the file and a file name to which information proper to the remote apparatus is added, and the in-hand apparatus receives the file and the file name from the cloud server.
