Through the method, a porous structure like a metal felt capable of infusing the liquefied working fluid is inserted and connected to the cell, and then the working fluid present around the cell is naturally infused, so that current is collected. For this purpose, a current collector is provided, which is located between adjacent thermal to electric power generation cells among a plurality of the thermal to electric power generation cells.
