Abstract: An overload valve assembly for a pneumatic vacuum elevator is disclosed, The overload valve assembly for a pneumatic vacuum elevator is characterised by a fastening means, a pad with a centre hole, an arresting plate with a centre hole, a disc plate with a centre hole, a bottom bush, a spring and a top bush bounded with a nut. Here, the pad, the arresting plate, the disc plate, the bottom bush, the spring and the top bush bounded with the nut is fitted over the fastening means. The overload valve unit is configured to function based on spring actuation mechanism and ensure the maximum permissible limit of pay load in the elevator cabin assembly.

Abstract: A system for controlling multidirectional operation of an elevator is disclosed. The system includes a processing subsystem which includes a centralized elevator control module to receive a control signal representative of elevator operation from one or more control units deployed at one or more elevator cabins. A usage pattern generation module utilizes a learning model to learn usage pattern of the one or more elevator cabins. An elevator operation evaluation module identifies deviation of one or more operational parameters associated with the one or more elevator cabins, detects operational failure of the one or more elevator cabins. An elevator rescue module receives rescue command from the centralized elevator control module to initiate rescue process, identifies one or more rescue elevator cabins in proximity to the one or more elevator cabins, activates the one or more rescue elevator cabins identified for transporting a plurality of passengers from source to destination.

The first edge and the second edge of the locking device locks air gap between the covering sheet, the guide rail connecting one or more surfaces of the base ring and a vertical pillar coupled to the guide rail.

Abstract: A pneumatic flow controlling device is disclosed. The device includes a perforated component disposed on a bottom component coupled to a top surface of a pneumatic vacuum elevator. The perforated component includes multiple perforations to enable air circulation from outside to inside of the elevator cylinder. The device also includes a diaphragm component to expand and compress based on the air circulation. The device also includes a primary valve to allow an air supply to the elevator cylinder for controlling movement of an elevator cabin within a tubular pathway based on a control signal received from an elevator controller. The device also includes a secondary valve to allow the air supply to the elevator cylinder for dynamically varying speed of the elevator cabin at one or more landing positions.
