摘要: A sliding seal seals an annular gap between a first member and a second member to separate a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side from each other, the first member being movable relative to the second member. The sliding seal is provided at an annular attaching groove provided at the second member. The sliding seal includes: a pressure fluid seal configured to slidingly contact a sliding surface of the first member; and a lubricant holding piece provided at the high-pressure side of the pressure fluid seal, a lubricant storage space being formed between the lubricant holding piece and the pressure fluid seal.

摘要: A pressure regulator valve includes: a housing including a base, a cover, and a body; a valve element configured to open and close a valve passage by moving between a closed position and an open position, the valve element being further configured to reduce a primary pressure to a secondary pressure and receive the secondary pressure by which the valve element moves toward the closed position; a biasing unit accommodated in an accommodating space formed between the body and the cover, the biasing unit being configured to bias the valve element such that the valve element moves toward the open position; a first sealing member provided at a gap between the base and the body; and a second sealing member provided a gap between the base and the cover and made of synthetic rubber. The second sealing member is arranged away from the body.

摘要: A valve device includes: a main valve element arranged so as to divide a valve element space of a housing into a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber; and a pilot valve element arranged in the second pressure chamber. A first pilot passage including a first restrictor extends from an outside of the housing or the primary passage to the second pressure chamber, and a second pilot passage including a second restrictor is formed at the main valve element. The pilot valve element is biased by a biasing member to close an upstream end of the second pilot passage. When electric power is supplied to a drive unit, the pilot valve element opens the upstream end of the second pilot passage. An excess flow prevention valve including a third restrictor is provided at the second pilot passage so as to be located downstream of the second restrictor.

摘要: A fusible plug type pressure relief valve includes a housing, a valve element, a spring member, and a fusible piece. A valve passage is formed in the housing. A valve element is arranged at a closed position in the housing, the closed position being a position at which the valve element closes the valve passage. The valve element is movable to an open position at which the valve element opens the valve passage. The spring member presses the valve element in an open direction. The fusible piece supports the valve element against pressing force of the spring member. The fusible piece melts at not less than a predetermined melting temperature. An inner surface of a concave portion of the fusible piece contacts the valve element. The concave portion includes a tapered portion inclined relative to an axis line of the valve element.

摘要: A valve device of the present invention includes: a main valve body interposed between a first pressure chamber of a main passage and a second pressure chamber; and a pilot valve body provided in the second pressure chamber. A first pilot passage including a first restrictor extends from an outside of a housing or a primary passage to the second pressure chamber, and a second pilot passage including a second restrictor is formed at the main valve body. The pilot valve body is maintained at a first operation position by a pilot valve body biasing member and is caused to move to a second operation position by a valve body driving unit. When the pilot valve body is located at the second operation position, the main valve body is caused to move to an open position by a pressure difference between the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber.
