摘要: A railcar includes: a carbody; a bogie constituting member including an interface plate provided at a lower portion of the carbody, an air spring, and a bogie; an automatic level controlling valve configured to maintain a height of the spring within a certain range; a first attaching portion provided on a side surface of the plate, the valve being detachably attached to the side surface of the plate by the first attaching portion; and attaching means provided at the lower portion of the carbody, the valve being detachably attached to the lower portion of the carbody by the attaching means, the bogie constituting member being separable from the carbody in a state where the valve is attached to the side surface of the plate through the first attaching portion or a state where the valve is attached to the lower portion of the carbody through the attaching means.

摘要: Invention includes bogie frame and single link type traction device coupling frame and carbody and transmitting force to carbody, force acting on bogie frame. Single link type traction device includes single link member, receiving seat, and first fastening member. Link member couples center pin of carbody and bogie frame and extends in car longitudinal direction. Receiving seat is provided at fixation target object constituted by center pin or bogie frame, and link member is fixed to receiving seat. First fastening member includes bolt and nut and fixes an end portion of link member to receiving seat. Bolt is inserted into end portion of link member and receiving seat from one side in car longitudinal direction, and nut is threadedly engaged with bolt from other side in car longitudinal direction. Receiving seat includes through hole into which bolt is inserted and nut accommodating space communicating with through hole and accommodating nut.

摘要: A restricting member is configured to restrict abnormal rising of a carbody when an air spring expands by a predetermined amount or more. The restricting member includes: a base portion; a contact portion provided at the base portion and configured to be brought into contact with a lower surface of a bogie frame when the air spring expands by the predetermined amount or more; and a temporary fastening portion formed at the base portion. The temporary fastening portion is configured to be attachable to and detachable from a temporary fastened portion formed at a side surface of a center pin extending downward from a carbody.

摘要: A railway vehicle stopper includes a first rigid member, a second rigid member, a rubber elastic body, a third rigid member, an abutting member, and a communication passage. The second rigid member is arranged opposed to the truck frame or the vehicle body with an interval. The rubber elastic body elastically couples the supporting portion of the first rigid member to the second rigid member. The third rigid member is mounted inside the supporting portion of the first rigid member to form an air chamber with the second rigid member. The abutting member is coupled to at least one of mutually opposed surfaces of the second rigid member and the third rigid member. The communication passage is provided on one or both of the first rigid member and the third rigid member to communicate the air chamber with an outside.
