摘要: A device is provided for distribution of 2-13% cellulose pulp to a movable processing surface in a pulp processing device to form a pulp web thereon. An inlet box has an inlet and an outlet defined therein. A rotatable distribution means is arranged for distributing pulp along an entire length of the outlet. The distribution means is placed so that a first distance (a1) between the distribution means and a first outlet wall is greater than a second distance (a2) between the distribution means and a movable processing surface.

摘要: Methods for achieving even transverse distribution and propagation of a flowing medium are disclosed in which the flowing medium is supplied through a conduit and is deflected during diverging propagation in at least one distribution gap The method includes deflecting the flowing medium during diverging propagation along the distribution gap in which the medium is conveyed through a passage to an outlet gap having a larger depth than the depth of the distribution gap. The medium is conveyed over an edge of the passage extending transverse to the direction of the flow, and the edge is designed to obtain a propagation along the flowing path of the diverging medium that provides a substantially even and parallel flow of the medium along the outlet gap. Apparatus for achieving this method is also disclosed.

摘要: Apparatus for mixing a chemical medium with a pulp suspension is disclosed, comprising a housing, a first feeder for feeding the pulp suspension to a mixing chamber, a rotor body connected to a rotor shaft to supply kinetic energy to the pulp suspension flow, such that turbulence is produced in a turbulent flow zone in the mixing chamber, a second feeder for feeding the chemical medium to the mixing chamber, and a flow-restraining disk in the outlet from the mixing chamber with flow passages arranged to temporarily increase the flow velocity of the pulp suspension, the second feeder comprising a chemical distribution element integrated with the rotor body to distribute the chemical medium close to the turbulent flow zone, and the rotor body comprising a number of rotor pins which extend from the rotor shaft.
