摘要： A device is provided for distribution of 2-13% cellulose pulp to a movable processing surface in a pulp processing device to form a pulp web thereon. An inlet box has an inlet and an outlet defined therein. A rotatable distribution means is arranged for distributing pulp along an entire length of the outlet. The distribution means is placed so that a first distance (a1) between the distribution means and a first outlet wall is greater than a second distance (a2) between the distribution means and a movable processing surface.

摘要： A press roll for washing pulp is disclosed, comprising a central drum and mantle section to which at least one perforated roll plate is attached, comprising a plurality of first and second chambers between the central drum and the roll plate. The chambers of each pair are separated from each other, the first chamber includes at least one inlet defining a radial flow path and the second chamber comprising at least one inlet defining a tangential flow path. The medium is conveyed over an edge of the passage extending transverse to the direction of the flow, and the edge is designed to obtain a propagation along the flowing path of the diverging medium that provides a substantially even and parallel flow of the medium along the outlet gap. Apparatus for achieving this method is also disclosed.

摘要： A washing arrangement for washing and dewatering of cellulose pulp is disclosed, comprising a rotatable drum having a plurality of outer compartments defined by axial compartment walls distributed along the circumference of the drum, a stationary cylindrical casing that encloses the drum, whereby an annular space is defined between the casing and the drum and longitudinal seals extending in the axial direction of the drum divide the annular space into zones for forming, washing and discharge of the pulp. The function of the longitudinal seals is optimized by units for seal adjustment having force sensors for measuring a force acting on one of the longitudinal seals in the direction from the drum, and positioners for automatically moving the longitudinal seal substantially in the radial direction of the drum according to a predetermined pattern based on the measured force.
