    Abstract: A building system for a building. The building system can include one or more memory devices. The one or more memory device can store instructions. The instructions, when executed by one or more processors, can cause the one or more processors to receive, from one or more sensors, air quality measurements associated with one or more spaces of the building, and generate, using the air quality measurements, a productivity score for at least one of the building or at least one space of the one or more spaces of the building. The productivity score can be based on a predicted productivity or effect on productivity of one or more occupants of the building in view of the air quality measurements.

The building system can receive air quality measurements of the temporary air quality sensors over the period of time and disconnect from the temporary air quality sensors at an end of the period of time, wherein the temporary air quality sensors are uninstalled at the end of the period of time.     Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable storage medium for air quality monitoring. One system of a building includes a controller including memory and at least one processor configured to receive, from a plurality of sensors, infectious agent data, the plurality of sensors disposed throughout the building, at least one of the plurality of sensors including an apparatus configured to collect samples, wherein the plurality of sensors configured to continuously test the samples over a sampling period for infectious agents and provide the infectious agent data to the controller. The at least one processor is further configured to determine at least one area of the building exposed to the infectious agent.
