    摘要： A post anchor for securing a support post for a structure comprises a base with four upstanding sidewalls forming a cavity into which a post is inserted, and means to secure the post inside the cavity. Interior ribs and exterior augmented corners resist deformation under pressure exerted by the post. Interior channels allow water to drain from inside the cavity toward a drain hole. The anchor post is slightly elevated relative to the ground, allowing air and water to circulate around the post and post anchor. The post anchor is made of a thermoplastic polymer which is given a textured surface, and may include an ultraviolet protection additive.

    摘要： A ground stake for securing ropes or other fastening elements comprises a head portion with an elevated, textured surface and two or more extending flanges above a neck portion comprising recesses and a passageway. A plurality of elongated fins, at least a portion of which are tapered, depend from the base of the head portion and terminate in a truncated blunt end, providing a stronger tip while allowing clean penetration of the ground. One or more of the fins may comprise a stiffening rib to increase the rigidity of the fin. The elevated, textured surface provides increased impact resistance and prevents slippage of a pounding implement when the stake is being driven into the ground.

An example prosthetic device employs a knitted mesh including at least two yarns laid in a knit direction and engaging each other to define a plurality of nodes. The at least two yarns include a first yarn and a second yarn extending between and forming loops about two nodes. The second yarn has a higher tension at the two nodes than the first yarn. the second yarn substantially prevents the first yarn from moving at the two nodes and substantially prevents the knitted mesh from unraveling at the nodes.

The bracket may include a generally horizontal top portion for supporting the seat and a generally horizontal bottom portion for connection to the top surface of the base. First and second generally vertical side portions may extend between and be connected to the top and bottom portions and may support the top portion above the bottom portion. First and second intersecting cross members may extend between and be connected to the top portion and to the first and second generally vertical side portions. Upper and lower back joist support portions may be connected to the first generally vertical side portion adjacent for receiving the back joist and holding the back joist in a generally upstanding position. The lower back joist support portion may include a downwardly extending portion below the bottom portion for connection with the vertical side surface of the base.
