摘要: Disclosed is food-grade lubricating grease and a method for preparing the same, belonging to the technical field of lubricating grease. The food-grade lubricating grease is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 75% to 85% of food-grade white oil, 6% to 16% of stearic acid, 2.0% to 3.0% of benzoic acid, 4.7% to 8.7% of aluminum isopropoxide, 1.0% to 1.5% of water and 1.0% to 7.0% of nano-PTFE, and has good extreme-pressure, abrasion-resistant and friction-reduction properties, a last non-seizure load (PB) reaching 411.6 N, a sintering load (PD) reaching 1,960 N, and a friction coefficient reduced by 18.5%. The lubricating grease can be used for a food production industry and in household food appliances, the service life of a device and the service life of the food-grade lubricating grease are effectively prolonged, and meanwhile, food security is guaranteed to a certain degree.

摘要: The present invention discloses a link motion-based food swallowing simulator comprising a swallowing module including a bionic oral cavity assembly, a shred collecting assembly and a supporting assembly wherein two side plates of a maxillary base of the bionic oral cavity assembly connect to a mounting plate of the supporting assembly, wherein the shred collecting assembly is positioned on a mounting base of the supporting assembly; an adjusting module, positioned under the mounting base, includes a bearing assembly and an adjusting assembly wherein the bearing assembly is disposed on the adjusting assembly, achieving the simulation of the food swallowing mechanism from static to dynamic. The adoption of the driving module realizes the swallowing action through link motion simulation, simulating the swallowing process of the human body and the swallowing process of the patient lying on the back through adjusting modules, improving the swallowing situation with higher adaptability.

摘要: The present invention discloses a food swallowing simulating device, and belongs to the field of structural design of bio-simulation machinery. The device comprises an upper jaw matrix, a tongue matrix, a transmission device and a driving device; the upper jaw matrix and the tongue matrix are arranged oppositely, and opposite surfaces are curved surfaces; a channel is reserved between the curved surfaces to form a bionic oral cavity; and the tongue matrix is connected with the driving device by the transmission device, so that the motion of the tongue matrix is controlled by the driving device. Transition from static food swallowing mechanism simulation to dynamic food swallowing mechanism simulation is realized, and thus, a blank in the market is made up.
