摘要： An electrical card connector for insertion of a first card and a second card which is wider than the first card, includes an insulative housing defining a front mating port, a card receiving space extending backwardly from the mating port for receiving the first and the second cards, and a plurality of terminals for mating with a first card and a second card wider than the first card. A card restriction mechanism is fixed to the insulative housing and includes a guiding body and an elastic spring located on the guiding body. The guiding body restricts and guides the first card and second cards to be inserted into the receiving space while the cards moving through the mating port.

摘要： A memory card connector includes an insulative housing, a plurality of contacts retained in the insulative housing, a card eject mechanism and metal shell attached to the insulative housing. The insulative housing defines a card receiving cavity for insertion of a memory card. The card eject mechanism includes a slider moveable along card-insertion or card-withdraw directions and a locking member fixed to the slider. The locking member includes a protrusion which forms a sideward dimple. The metal shell includes a top wall covering the card receiving cavity. The top wall defines a slit for receiving the protrusion. An arced surface of the dimple is driven to abut against an inner side of the slit in order to reduce friction therebetween.

摘要： A card connector (100) for connecting an electronic card (200) includes an insulative housing (1), a plurality of contacts (2) retained in the insulative housing (1), and an ejector (3). The insulative housing (1) defines a receiving space (10) for receiving the electronic card (200). The ejector (3) includes a slider (31) retained in the insulative housing (1), a spring (32) and a pole (33) mounted between the slider (31) and a rear end of the insulative housing (1). The slider (31) has an inner side wall (310), an inclined face (3100) angled with respect to the inner side wall (3100) to abut against the electronic card (200), and a protrusion (3102) projecting inwardly from the inner side wall (310) to resist the electronic card (200) sideward. Thereby the electronic card (200) can be inserted in or ejected from the card connector (100) smoothly.
