Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of the production of polyether polyols, and provided is a process for producing a low-odor polyether polyol, the process comprising the following steps: an initial polymerization reaction step, involving: adding an initiator and an alkaline catalyst into a reaction container, and then inputting an epoxy olefin into the reaction container for a polymerization reaction to obtain a mixed material; a circulation distribution polymerization step, involving: taking the mixed material, outputting same, splitting same and then spraying same into the reaction container at a high speed, circulating the above operations while inputting the epoxy olefin and maintaining a rotation speed of 90-105 r/min for stirring the mixed material that has been sprayed into the reaction container, continuing to proceed with the polymerization reaction, and curing same to obtain a crude polyether polyol; and a refining step, involving: taking the crude polyether polyol for a neutralization or dilution treatment to obtain a mixed solution of the crude polyether polyol, then aggregating a mixed solution stream by means of a hydrophilic medium, settling and separating to obtain the low-odor polyether polyol. The production process of the present disclosure has the advantages of a short processing time, a high yield and a low VOC content.

Abstract: A composition capable of substituting the use of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP, comprising polyether polyol A having a hydroxyl value of 100-1000 mgKOH/g and a functionality of 4-8, and a polymer polyol having a hydroxyl value of 12-100 mgKOH/g, a functionality of 2-4, and a solid content of 4-45%, the branches thereof not containing polystyrene units. The polyurethane foam produced using the present composition to substitute the use of traditional styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP avoids the problem of styrene volatilisation due to the absence of styrene, and the produced polyurethane foam also maintains equivalent or even superior physical properties compared to the polyurethane foam made from styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP in the prior art; thus, the present compound is fully capable of substituting traditional styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP for the production of environmentally friendly, high rebound, and block-shaped soft polyurethane foam materials.

The present disclosure adopts the combined action of the modified alcohol amine and the polycarboxylic acid polymer in specific ratios and structures, so that a synergistic effect can be achieved, and the respective performance advantages can be fully exerted.

Abstract: Application of a Mannich base in a flame-retardant polyurethane material is provided. The Mannich base has a structure represented by a formula (I). In the Mannich base, flame-retardant groups, i.e., halogens are introduced at the second, fourth and sixth positions of a phenyl group, and flame-retardant elements, i.e., halogens and nitrogen are introduced into synthesized polyether polyol, giving the synthesized polyether polyol good flame retardance. The amount of active hydrogen in the Mannich base is small so that occurrence of side reactions during the synthesis of the polyether polyol is reduced, and the viscosity of the flame-retardant polyether polyol is lowered. Due to autocatalytic performance of tertiary amido in the flame-retardant polyether polyol, use of a catalyst can be reduced and even avoided during the synthesis. A preparation method of the Mannich base is also provided.

Abstract: A preparation method of a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer is provided, including: mixing a superplasticizer monomer with water to produce a mixture, heating and melting the mixture to produce a melt system; carrying out a bulk polymerization reaction by adding an initiator, a chain transfer agent and an unsaturated carboxylic acid into the melt system, forming a polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor; and neutralizing and pulverizing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor to produce a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Water is added in the bulk polymerization and reacts with the superplasticizer monomer and the unsaturated carboxylic acid. While the bulk polymerization reaction is guaranteed to be efficiently carried out and the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is formed, the viscosity of a bulk polymerization reaction system is reduced. The superplasticizer is suitable for dry-mixed mortar, high-efficiency concrete and other products.
