Disclosed is a swimming assistance apparatus, which is worn on a user's both feet to provide the user with buoyancy, such that the user can float on water and swim in a good swimming style while repeatedly moving the waist from side to side like a fish, thereby reinforcing the user's waist muscles. Persons who have knee joint arthralgia or backache or persons who have disability in the lower body can use the swimming assistance apparatus for medical purposes, such as pain relief or treatment.

Provided is a swimming assistance apparatus with an ICT function. The swimming assistance apparatus includes: a body part made of a material which floats on water or having a hollow tube which floats on water; a fitting hole formed in the body part and defined to penetrate through the body part to surround a part of a user's body; a cut part defined on at least one side of a wall of the fitting hole; and a sensor unit for measuring at least one of the user's posture information, work rate information and bio-information, so that the user's body floats on water by buoyancy of the body part when the user swims in a state where a part of the user's body is inserted into the fitting hole.

Provided is a managing technology of an on-line game which increases a usability of users and diversifies the service. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a sports game character information managing method, including: receiving event information on at least one of a team and a player included in an on-line game from at least one of an organization and a medium related with a sports game corresponding to the on-line game; selecting at least one of players related with the event information; selecting a game character which matches identification information of the selected player; setting an improved capability point which is added to a capability point of the selected game character in accordance with the event information; and adding the improved capability point to the capability point of the game character which is stored in a game server.

A bumper structure of a cleaning robot which detects whether or not an obstacle contacts a bumper and a position of the obstacle, allows the bumper to be simply process and reduces the number of components of the cleaning robot to lower the production costs of the cleaning robot. The bumper structure includes a main body, a bumper installed on the front surface of the main body, a resistance film provided between the main body and the bumper and fixed to the main body, and a metal film provided between the main body and the bumper and fixed to the bumper such that the shape of the metal film is deformed together with the bumper and the metal film comes into contact with the resistance film when at least one obstacle contacts the bumper, so as to measure resistance values.

A variable capacity rotary compressor is provided, in which a vane may be restricted by a pressure difference generated between both side surfaces of the vane when the compressor performs in a saving driving mode. The vane may be restricted quickly and stably by rapidly decreasing a pressure of a vane chamber by leaking a discharge pressure of the vane chamber to an inlet via a low pressure passage and thereby increasing a pressurizing force applied to a side surface of the vane relatively greater than a supporting force applied to a rear surface thereof. In this way, the vane may be prevented from being vibrated due to a weak restriction force of the vane when a power driving mode of the compressor is switched into the saving driving mode, which prevents noise from increasing due to design conditions, thereby enhancing a comfort feeling of a user.
