Abstract: A beverage dispensing system and method for dispensing a beverage comprising water from a water source. Some embodiments of the beverage system can include a housing, an inlet adapted to be coupled to the water source, a concentrate source containing concentrate, a dispensing outlet, a fluid line, and a valve. The dispensing outlet can dispense at least one of water and the concentrate. The fluid line can fluidly couple the water source and the dispensing outlet. The valve can be positioned to supply any desired amount of concentrate in a range of concentrate amounts from the concentrate source to the fluid line. The range of concentrate amounts can correspond to a range of water amounts flowing through the fluid line to produce a corresponding range of beverage amounts dispensed from the dispensing outlet.

Abstract: This invention relates generally to wheeled luggage, and particularly to wheeled luggage with one or more controlled wheels for improved tracking and steering control of the luggage case when it is in motion. The invention provides a support structure for a luggage case comprising a plurality of spaced parallel wheels and at least one biasing element that is operable up to a certain torque to releasably restrain the angular movement at least one wheel to at least one angular position with respect to the base. Conveniently, the at least one angular position corresponds to a desired direction of travel.

Abstract: A stabilization mechanism for luggage is provided. The stabilization mechanism can be disposed on the bottom of a compartment of luggage and in spaced relation to wheels that are also disposed on the bottom of the compartment. The stabilization includes at least one foot that is retractable within the compartment, so that in the retracted position the volume of the luggage is substantially the same as the luggage compartment. When the at least one foot is deployed, the likelihood of tipping of the luggage is decreased, as the foot, in conjunction with the wheels, maintain the luggage in a substantially vertical position.

Abstract: An installation tool for fastening a top plate to a roof support member and other structural connections is adapted to drive screws at a pre-established angle. The tool preferably includes a rotary driver assembly and a telescopic tube assembly. A guide assembly is mounted adjacent the outer end of the telescopic tube assembly. Locating structures function to properly precisely set the drive angle of the screw. A stabilizer prevents the screw from moving during the installation. The guide assembly is also configured to provide a marking for inspection purposes.
