    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for recognizing content using an audio signal. The content recognition apparatus includes a query fingerprint extraction unit for forming frames having a preset frame length for an audio signal, and generating frame-based feature vectors for respective frames, thus extracting a query fingerprint. A reference fingerprint DB stores reference fingerprints to be compared with the query fingerprint and pieces of content information corresponding to the reference fingerprints. A fingerprint matching unit determines a reference fingerprint matching the query fingerprint. In this case, the query fingerprint extraction unit forms the frames while varying a frame shift size that is an interval between start points of neighboring frames in a partial section. According to the present invention, there can be provided a content recognition apparatus and method which can maintain the accuracy and reliability of matching while promptly providing results.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of colored diamond and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of colored diamond by ion implantation and heat treatment. The manufacturing method comprises a first step of implanting ions to the surface of diamond by accelerating the ions under vacuum, and a second step of heat-treating the implanted diamond. By implanting ions inducing the change in the optical band gap of a diamond, the manufacturing method provides a colored diamond with relatively lower cost compared to a metal ion implantation in the prior art, and a uniform color is obtained by heat treatment. Additionally, the manufacturing method of the present invention provides a diamond having various colors with permanent color development effects, by controlling the condition of ion implantation and heat treatment.

According to the present invention, provided are a device and method for quickly and efficiently analyzing a correlation, such as whether or not there is a similarity between an image and another image or between an image and a video, wherein said video includes an image, or a frame of said video corresponds to an image.

The integrated circuit memory device may include a memory cell array having a plurality of memory cells, a clock generator configured to generate a clock signal, a plurality of data input/output buffers, and a delay circuit. The plurality of data input/output buffers may be coupled between respective data input/output pads and the memory cell array, and each of the data input/output buffers may be configured to communicate data with the memory cell array responsive to the clock signal with the clock signal being applied to a clock input of each of the input/output buffers. The delay circuit may be coupled between the clock generator and a first one of the data input/output buffers so that the clock signal is delayed by different amounts at clock inputs of the first data input/output buffer and a second one of the data input/output buffers. Moreover, the memory controller may be configured to perform data training. Related methods and memory devices are also discussed.

A feedback resistance controller may be coupled to the variable resistive feedback circuit with the feedback resistance controller being configured to select a first resistance for the variable resistive feedback circuit for a first frequency of the input signal and to select a second resistance for the variable resistive feedback circuit for a second frequency of the input signal different than the first frequency with the first and second resistances being different.
