Abstract: The present invention provides a pot seedling feeding system for a transplanter, including a conveyor unit, a detection sensor, a controller, a seedling separation unit, side plates, and support stands. The conveyor unit includes a step motor, a transmission shaft, a conveyor belt, a tensioning shaft, and bearings. The seedling separation unit includes a seedling separation rod, a reset spring, a guide post, and a support seat. The controller is used to control the step motor which drives the conveyor belt in order to move the pot seedling. When a seedling receiving barrel of the planter rises to a seedling receiving position, the planter is controlled by using a brake cable, the seedling separation rod is then ejected which in turn drives the step motor to carry a pot seedling to move forward. The pot seedling is then dropped in a seedling receiving cup of the planter. In order to improve the quality of pot seedling planting, the seedling separation rod corrects a feeding posture of the pot seedling at the moment when the pot seedling drops. The present invention is about a mechanical seedling feeding system adopting the conveyor unit and the seedling separation unit that move intermittently, where multiple pot seedlings can be placed at a time, so that the operation is simple and fast, labor is saved and the cost is reduced. Stress from missing seedlings and excessive fatigue from repetitive movement are also eliminated from the implementation of this device.

Abstract: Described is a high-speed transplanting mechanism that includes an angle-adjusting device about an angle of a duckbill entering soil, the mechanism comprising a rear arm, a front arm, a restoring spring, a control wire, a control wire sleeve and a control adjuster. The front arm is hinged on the mounting base of the planting device, the rear arm is hinged on the duckbill planting device, and the another end of the rear arm and the front arm are axial sliding connection. The control adjuster comprises an adjuster body and a handle fixed on the adjuster body. The restoring spring is positioned between the first limit plate on the rear arm and the second limit plate on the front arm. The end of the control wire is fixed on the second limit plate and, in turn, the other end of the control wire passes through the first limit plate, the restoring spring, the second limit plate and the control wire sleeve, and finally fixed to the adjuster body. The angle of the duckbill into the soil can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the control wire. The pot seedling can be supported and pushed upright by the forward inertia force as the wheel turns the soil, breaking through the theory of zero-velocity seedling transplanting. The planting pot seedling speed of the disclosed mechanism is more than 60 seedlings per minute, and the quality and efficiency of planting pot seedlings are improved.

Abstract: The prevent invention discloses a defrosting machine column fixed support with an inclined flat leg, including a defrosting machine (1), a connecting support (2), a pedestal bolt (3), and a pedestal (4). The connecting support (2) includes an anti-tilting guide barrel (21), a fixed pillar (22), a rib plate (23), and a connecting plate (24). The pedestal (4) includes a pedestal plate (41) and a flat leg (42). The pedestal bolt (3) is used for fixedly connecting the connecting support (2) with the pedestal (4). The pedestal plates are hit into the soil so as to solve digging difficulties and low efficiency of a small diameter mounting deep hole with high accuracy requirements; each pedestal plate is respectively vertically provided with two intersecting flat legs in an inclined mode, thus balancing forces in each direction and stabilizing the defrosting machine column. The holes on the pedestal plates can integrate the soils on the inner side and outer side and two sides into one body, thus stabilizing the defrosting machine. In addition, the connecting support is employed, and standard tubes replace conventional non-standard tubes, thus saving on material cost, and transport and storage are also convenient. The support is simple in structure, convenient to implement, can be applied on pebbled land, not only reduces labour intensity when mounting, but also improves the anti-sinking, anti-horizontal torsion and anti-tilting abilities of the defrosting machine column, improves defrosting machine work reliability, and improves mounting efficiency and economic benefits of the defrosting machine.
