    Abstract: An adjustable seedling pick-up end effector for automatically transplanting plug seedlings is provided includes two clamping fingers installed symmetrically along a direction of a center line, support frames respectively connected adjustably to the clamping fingers, and a mechanical arm fixedly connected to the support frames. The mechanical arm is constructed to drive a clamping pin mechanism to execute actions of prying, grabbing, and quickly releasing the plug seedlings, and the adjustment of the opening degree and the clamping angle of the clamping pin mechanism is realized by adopting the adjustably connected support frames. The end effector can be actively opened and closed to grab and release the plug seedlings, provide a larger space to accommodate the plug seedlings so as not to damage the seedlings, and adjust the opening degree and the clamping angle, which can meet the seedling pick-up requirements for automatic transplanting of plug seedlings of various specifications.

    Abstract: Described is a high-speed transplanting mechanism that includes an angle-adjusting device about an angle of a duckbill entering soil, the mechanism comprising a rear arm, a front arm, a restoring spring, a control wire, a control wire sleeve and a control adjuster. The front arm is hinged on the mounting base of the planting device, the rear arm is hinged on the duckbill planting device, and the another end of the rear arm and the front arm are axial sliding connection. The control adjuster comprises an adjuster body and a handle fixed on the adjuster body. The restoring spring is positioned between the first limit plate on the rear arm and the second limit plate on the front arm. The end of the control wire is fixed on the second limit plate and, in turn, the other end of the control wire passes through the first limit plate, the restoring spring, the second limit plate and the control wire sleeve, and finally fixed to the adjuster body. The angle of the duckbill into the soil can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the control wire. The pot seedling can be supported and pushed upright by the forward inertia force as the wheel turns the soil, breaking through the theory of zero-velocity seedling transplanting. The planting pot seedling speed of the disclosed mechanism is more than 60 seedlings per minute, and the quality and efficiency of planting pot seedlings are improved.

    Abstract: A tractor suspension type automatic transplanting machine for plug tray seedlings includes land wheels, a machine frame, a three-point linkage, a seedling pickup mechanism, a plug tray conveying device, a plug tray recovery device, seedling separating and planting devices driven by land wheels, and a watering device.     Abstract: A plug-tray seedling automatic transplanting machine and control method thereof, wherein, said machine comprises a chassis bracket, a planting mechanism, seedling separating mechanisms, seedling guiding devices, a power mechanism, a box shifting mechanism, a seedling picking mechanism. The box shifting mechanism is installed on the chassis bracket, the seedling picking mechanism is installed on the box shifting mechanism, and two sets of seedling separating mechanism are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the box shifting mechanism by the chassis bracket, the seedling guiding device is provided above each set of seedling separating mechanism, and the planting mechanism is provided under each set of seedling separating mechanism. With the synergistic effect of various mechanisms and control system, it is possible to pick seedlings in whole row without interval in various sizes of plug-trays, and drop seedlings at the same time, which increase the efficiency and success rate of picking seedlings and dropping seedlings. The plug-tray only needs to move longitudinally, thereby improving the efficiency of the plug-tray transport. The seedling claw can comb the pot seedlings before being inserted into the pot, which improves the quality of seedling picking. The seedling guiding device receives the seedlings statically and shortens the free-falling movement distance, which makes seedling dropping more accurate.

    Abstract: An automatic picking and launching seedling device for a transplanting machine is provided, as well as methods of using the same. The device includes a seedling picking mechanism, seedling guiding devices, a box shifting mechanism and seedling separating mechanisms. The seedling picking mechanism is mounted on the box shifting mechanism, the two sets of seedling separating mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the box shifting mechanism, and the seedling guiding device is arranged on the top of the seedling separating mechanism. The box shifting mechanism transports the disc to the seedling picking point, and the seedling picking mechanism moves the picking seedling claws to the seedling picking point to take the seedlings and moves to the seedling launching point to launch the seedlings.
