Abstract: Technologies for generating a text message from user-selectable icons include a wearable computing device that determines a context associated with the wearable computing device. The wearable computing device determines user-selectable icons from predetermined user-selectable icons based on the context associated with the wearable computing device. Each of the user-selectable icons may have one or more textual meanings associated therewith for text message generation. The determined user-selectable icons may be displayed on a display of the wearable computing device.

Abstract: In one embodiment, an apparatus comprises a memory and a processor. The memory is to store sensor data, wherein the sensor data is captured by a plurality of sensors within an educational environment. The processor is to: access the sensor data captured by the plurality of sensors; identify a student within the educational environment based on the sensor data; detect a plurality of events associated with the student based on the sensor data, wherein each event is indicative of an attention level of the student within the educational environment; generate a report based on the plurality of events associated with the student; and send the report to a third party associated with the student.

Abstract: One embodiment provides an apparatus. The apparatus includes a group response logic. The group response logic is to determine a respective user emotional response to a relevant content provided to each user of a plurality of users. The respective emotional response is determined based, at least in part, on a respective user objective data captured for each user in response to exposure of each user to the relevant provided content. The relevant content is provided to at least some of the plurality of users across at least one of a plurality of points in time and/or a plurality of locations. The group response logic is further to aggregate a plurality of respective user emotional responses to yield a first aggregated emotional response.

Abstract: One embodiment provides an apparatus. The apparatus includes a user profile; and a content filter logic. The content filter logic is to determine whether a content of a received message directed to a target recipient is compatible with the user profile and a current emotional state of the target recipient and to select at least one action based, at least in part, on one or more of the content, the user profile and/or the current emotional state of the target recipient. The at least one action is selected from the group comprising place the received message on hold, provide the received message to the target recipient, modify the received message, delete the received message, store the received message to an original message log, provide an alert to the target recipient, forward the message to another recipient and/or ascertain, from a sender, an urgency of the received message.
