    摘要: A CO2 conversion system includes at least a first reactor including a gas mixing tube, a spark ignition system for generating sparks in the gas mixing tube coupled to a catalyst chamber having a catalyst therein coupled to a reaction chamber. Inlet tubes each with gas flow control valves are for injecting process gases including O2, H2 and CO2 into the gas mixing tube, wherein the process gases react in the reaction chamber in at least one chemical reaction to form reaction products including output gases including CH4 and reaction heat. A process controller utilizes at a process temperature setpoint or a criteria for an output gas to control a temperature in the catalyst chamber to maintain the process temperature setpoint or output gas criteria by adjusting gas flow control valves for changing the mass flow of at least one process gas to reduce a heat from the chemical reaction.

    摘要: A gas processor includes a burner chamber including a first end and a second end, a gas/fuel burner having an inlet receiving air and an inlet for receiving a first combustible gas including a nozzle providing a flame extending out from the nozzle. A syn-gas chamber including injection holes and a syn-gas feed line and a syn-gas nozzle plate is coupled between the second end of the burner chamber and the gas/fuel burner including over the nozzle, wherein syn-gas is directed by the injection holes into a path of the flame for combustion of the syn-gas. An air pipe having a plurality of air discharge ports extending from the first end to within the burner chamber having an air blower coupled thereto is configured to pump air into the burner chamber.

    摘要: An ash filter and reboiler (ash filter/reboiler) includes an inlet tube heat exchanger including an outer column (column) having a vapor inlet tube through an inlet of the column coupled therein to receive fuel vapors including entrained ash particles and to direct the fuel vapors including the entrained ash particles out from a bottom of the vapor inlet tube toward a bottom portion of the column. A cooler over the bottom portion of the column for condensing the fuel vapors including the entrained ash particles to liquid fuel. A pump coupled to an outlet in a bottom of the column is for pumping out an ash particle laden portion of the liquid fuel. A heater is above the cooler for vaporizing the liquid fuel into reboiled vapor, and a vapor outlet is at a top of the column for releasing the reboiled vapors out from the column.
