Abstract:
Presenting URLs on a user interface to guide users on a specific URL browsing path over an internet. A plurality of URLs for a user to view on a user interface running in a computing environment may be received. A URL workflow may be created, which comprise a sequence of the plurality of URLs the user is directed to view. The URL workflow may be created dynamically based on monitoring the current activities of the user in the computing environment. Each URL may be presented one after another on the user interface to automatically direct the user to a next specified URL in the workflow.
Abstract:
Activity information relating to activities of a respective electronic communication recipient accessing information associated with an electronic communication is received from each of a plurality of electronic communication clients. The activity information received from each of the plurality of electronic communication clients can indicate an amount of time the electronic communication is open in the respective electronic communication client. Based on the received activity information, each of the electronic communication recipients can be rated to generate at least one recommendation as to who is able to provide information pertaining to the electronic communication. The recommendation can be communicated to another electronic communication recipient.

Abstract:
A computing device can receive an incoming message. The incoming message can be one directed to a set of different client machines at approximately the same time. The computing device can perform a mitigation action that alters a presentation characteristic of the audible alert for the incoming message. The mitigation action ensures that the computing device and at least a subset of the other client devices within a predefined audio range of the computing device do not audibly present alerts for the incoming message in an unsynchronized manner.

Abstract:
Responsive to each of a plurality recipients of an electronic communication accessing the electronic communication and accessing information that is associated with the electronic communication but not contained in a body of the electronic communication, activity information relating to activities of respective electronic communication recipients accessing information associated with the electronic communication can be received. A request to receive at least one recommendation as to who is able to provide information pertaining to the electronic communication can be received from another electronic communication recipient. Responsive to receiving the request, each of the electronic communication recipients can be rated to generate at least one recommendation as to who is able to provide information pertaining to the electronic communication, the recommendation based, at least in part, on the received activity information and respective weighted attributes. The recommendation can be communicated to other electronic communication recipient.
