摘要: A rotation mechanism includes a mandrel, a rotation axle, a needle roller bearing and an angular bearing. The mandrel includes a shaft portion, a first annular contact portion and a second annular contact portion. The shaft portion has an outer surface, and the first annular contact portion and the second annular contact portion are located on the outer surface and respectively surround the axis of the mandrel. The rotation axle includes an annular portion, a third annular contact portion and a fourth annular contact portion. The annular portion has a shaft hole and an inner surface forming the shaft hole. The third annular contact portion and the fourth annular contact portion are located on the inner surface, and the mandrel passes through the shaft hole. The needle roller bearing is in contact with the first annular contact portion and the third annular contact portion, and is located between them.

摘要: A telescopic shaft assembly includes a seat, a shaft body disposed movably in the seat, and a plurality of slide blocks located between the shaft body and the seat. The shaft body has a convex portion and a recessed portion opposite to each other. One end of the convex portion far away from the recessed portion has a top surface. One of the plurality of slide block is disposed on the top surface. The recessed portion has two inner side wall surfaces opposite to each other and a bottom surface located between the two inner side wall surfaces. Each of the two inner side wall surfaces forms an obtuse angle with the bottom surface. Two of the rest of the plurality of slide blocks are disposed on the two inner side wall surfaces respectively.

摘要: The disclosure is a thermal stability control system and a control method thereof for a machine tool. The control system mainly consists of a machine cooling sub-system composed of a pump, at least a cooling loop and a tank for storing cooling fluid, a cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system, a heater and a micro controller. The cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system further consists of a condenser, an evaporator, a directional valve, an expansion valve and a compressor. The micro controller dominates corresponding operation combinations of turning on/off the heater, enabling/disenabling the cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system as a heat pump or a cooler by activating/releasing the directional vale, and adjusting upward/downward the driving frequency of an inverter duty motor to drive the pump to change the flow rate of cooling fluid through the cooling loop according the real time load of the machine tool.

摘要: This disclosure relates to a temperature control system that may be applied to a machine tool. The system includes a cooling circulation and a controller. The cooling circulation comprises a pump, a cooler and a solenoid valve. The pump may be driven by a variable frequency motor so as to flow through the spindle of the machine tool. The cooler is serially connected with the liquid pump, and may cool the liquid coolant. The solenoid valve connects to inlet and outlet of the cooler, and may prevent the liquid coolant flows through the spindle from flowing back to the cooler. The controller is electrically connected with the variable frequency motor, the cooler and the solenoid valve. Further, the controller is connected to the machine tool to detect several parameters, so as to control the variable frequency motor, the cooler and the solenoid valve.

摘要: A device of the axial-directional oil chamber of hydrostatic spindle comprises integrated oil seal structures at both the axial direction and the radial direction. The oil seal structures increase the work area of the oil chamber by extending and thus connecting an axial-directional oil seal edge to a radial-directional oil seal edge. Then, the rigidity of the axial hydrostatic bearing can be increased, and thus the application capability of the hydrostatic spindle can be upgraded to perform the multi-task machining from the mono-task machining.

摘要: A clamping and positioning device includes a base, a rotary member, a moving assembly and an elastic member. The rotary member is rotatably disposed on the base and includes a stopping surface facing the base. The moving assembly includes a moving member movably disposed on the base to have a first and a second position. When being at the first position, the moving member is pressed against the rotary member to allow the stopping surface to apply a normal force to the base; when being at the second position, a gap is formed between the moving member and the rotary member so the normal force applied by the stopping surface of the rotary member is released from the base. The elastic member has two ends connected to the base and the moving member, respectively. The elastic member normally causes the moving member to be at the first position.

摘要: A temperature regulation system and a temperature regulation method are applicable to a machine tool. The temperature regulation system includes a cooling fluid storage tank, a heating fluid storage tank, an internal circulation subsystem, an external circulation subsystem and a computing unit. The internal circulation subsystem includes a first valve. The external circulation subsystem includes a plurality of flow channels and a second valve and a third valve disposed on the plurality of the flow channels. The computing unit controls the first valve, the second valve and the third valve to switch flow directions of the plurality of the flow channels among the cooling fluid storage tank, the heating fluid storage tank and machine tool. Therefore, a thermal balance of the machine tool can be effectively maintained.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hydrostatic plate bearing, which comprises: a body, and a plurality of restrictors. Wherein, the body is formed with a mounting surface and an oil chamber that are disposed opposite to each other; the plural restrictors includes an orifice restrictor and a membrane restrictor while allowing the orifice restrictor and the membrane restrictor to be serially connected to each other. Operationally, a working fluid that is flowing into the body via the mounting surface is split to flow through the orifice restrictor and the membrane restrictor, in that the split flow of the working fluid that is flowing through the orifice restrictor is guided to flow into the oil chamber.
