摘要: Zinc complex greases with different complexing acids having dropping points comparable to lithium greases and tailor-made dropping points can be made by processing at low temperature in open as well as close kettle process. The present invention discloses a process of manufacturing Zinc complex greases—through reaction of fatty acid and complexing acid with zinc oxide in mineral oil to obtain zinc complex greases having high dropping points of 180 to 280° C.

摘要: The present invention discloses a single package additive for improving lubricity and conductivity properties of ultra-low sulfur diesel fuels. The single package additive is a reaction product of a fatty acid composition, a glycerol tricarboxylates, a polysulfone, a polyamine, an alkylated benzene sulfonic acid and a phenol derivative. More specifically, the present invention discloses a reaction product of: a fatty acid composition in the range of 60-95% wt/wt; a glycerol tricarboxylate in the range of 0.1-10.0% wt/wt; a polysulfone in the range of 0.1-5.0% wt/wt; a polyamine in the range of 0.1-5.0% wt/wt; an alkylated benzene sulfonic acid in the range of 0.1-5.0% wt/wt; and a phenol derivative in the range of 0.1-10.0% wt/wt. The present invention also discloses a single-pot process for the preparation of said reaction product.

摘要: The present invention relates to an anti-viral nanoformulation suitable for diverse surface application in form of hydrogel based nanoemulsion, or an aerosol spray. The present invention discloses incorporation of nanomaterials such as functionalized carbon quantum dots (F-CQDs), copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) or silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) into the hydrogel (HG) scaffold to act as chemical barrier and anti-viral agent against SARS-CoV-2 or Escherichia coli: phage MS2. The nanoformulation is coated on personal protective equipment's (PPE) and different surfaces such as glass, steel and plastic to control viral infection including corona virus infection.

摘要: An integrated approach for utilizing waste products of 2G bio-refineries to fractionate the lignin of high purity. The present invention also provides a method of recycling of two waste products (2-G ethanol residue as the substrate (LRBR) and fusel oil/synthetic fusel oil (SFO) as one of the solvent) of the biorefineries in a beneficial manner to fractionate the lignin of high purity. The present method of separating high purity lignin comprises fractioning extractive-free lignin rich residue with a solvent, wherein the solvent is a mixture of SFO/Fusel oil and Formic acid. An optimized ratio of waste fusel oil and formic acid gave more than >85% yields of high purity lignin.

摘要: This invention is related to an additive composition comprising metal-based quantum clusters (QCs) dispersed in a hydrocarbon medium. The additive composition is useful as a fuel additive, as it acts as a combustion improver for liquid and gaseous fuels. The invention describes a process for the synthesis of the additive composition comprising metal-based materials in atomic cluster form in hydrocarbon dispersible medium. The stable liquid dispersion of the QC has been doped into the hydrocarbon fuels at required concentrations. The measurable flame temperature of the fuels, e.g., commercial LPG on burner has been observed to increase by at least 60-80° C. The flame with high heat through put can be used for efficient cooking, heating, annealing and other high thermal applications. The additive composition may also be used to improve the fuel economy of the liquid hydrocarbon fuels.

摘要: The present invention provides a one-pot process of synthesis of phenyl naphthalene compounds that are employed as heat transfer agents. More particularly, the present invention provides a process of preparation of 1-phenylnaphthalene and 2-methyl-1-phenylnaphthalene using refinery spent catalyst. These molecules are known for application as synthetic heat transfer fluids that deliver outstanding performance and thermal stability at continuously high operating temperatures. The reaction is carried out in aqueous medium using a spent catalyst which is a palladium based charcoal catalyst as obtained from various refinery processes. Further, the present invention provides a heat resistant formulation using the synthesized polyhydrocarbons, wherein the formulation is optimized with a free radical scavenger.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of the oligomerization of C6 and above olefin monomer whereby, at a fixed monomer/Al halide mole ratio, polyalphaolefins having desirable kinematic viscosities are prepared by controlling the oligomerization temperature. The oligomerization is carried out in presence of an oligomerizing catalyst comprising of aluminum halide and a promoter, and oligomerizing temperatures of about 10° C. to about 120° C.

The present invention further relates to bitumen and process for preparing the bitumen using the aromatic enriched deasphalted oil extract fraction. The aromatic enriched deasphalted oil extract fraction obtained in accordance with the present invention can be used preparing plurality of grades of bitumen. Also, bitumen obtained in accordance with the present invention contains extremely low concentration of poly cyclic aromatics and more particularly benzo(a)pyrene.
