Abstract:
A machine for forming filter bags for infusion products including a first movement carousel rotating continuously about a first axis of rotation; a plurality of first gripping means positioned along, and movable continuously with, the first carousel; a plurality of first operating stations positioned along, and movable continuously with, the first movement carousel; each first operating station is associated with a corresponding first gripping means; each first operating station is configured to operate on the piece of filter material in order to form, at least partly, a filter bag along a predetermined angular stretch of rotation of the first movement carousel; and a plurality of first translation devices, associated with the first movement carousel and configured for translating, mutually, the first operating stations and the corresponding first gripping means along a direction parallel to the axis of rotation.
Abstract:
A packaging system to pack objects in boxes includes a supply station to supply objects of a purchase order batch, an insertion station to insert in a box a specific batch picked up from the supply station, a closing station to close the box, a storage unit configured to house a respective group of folded and flattened boxes, a forming apparatus configured to carry out both an automatic pick-up of a corresponding folded and flattened box from the storage unit, and also a subsequent automatic forming of the box starting from the picked-up folded and flattened box. The forming apparatus includes a first pick-up device and a second pick-up device respectively slidably mounted on the storage unit to slide along a respective linear path, the first pick-up device remaining in a shared transfer space when it moves the folded and flattened box.
Abstract:
Described is a method for making openable packages for a food product in liquid or pasty form comprising the steps of: feeding a continuous film (1); cutting the continuous film (1) to form a plurality of single sheets (2) and forming on each single sheet (2) crease lines designed to define fold lines for forming a container; preparing an element (3) rotating about an axis (3X) of rotation and equipped with a plurality of forming mandrels along its circumference; coupling the single sheet (2) to a forming mandrel (4) in a first predetermined angular position of rotation of the forming mandrel (4); folding the single sheet (2) around the forming mandrel (4) using folding devices (5-8) configured to wrap the single sheet (2) on the forming mandrel (4), folding it along the crease lines, in such a way as to create a bottom (2f) and front walls (2a, 2B) and side walls (2c, 2d) when the sheet is coupled with the forming mandrel (4); performing a partial sealing of the single sheet (2) folded on the forming mandrel (4), in such a way as to obtain a container open only on an end side, positioned opposite the closed bottom (2f), with an opening (2e) for access to an inner cavity; transferring the open and partly sealed container from the forming mandrel (4) to a conveyor device (9); filling with the food product the cavity of the open container through the access opening (2e), and, upon completion the filling, completely closing the container by final sealing of the access opening (2e), in such a way as to make a sealed openable container.
Abstract:
Apparatus (10) for automatically introducing one or more objects (O) into a box (S), disposed in an introduction zone (Z), wherein the objects (O) are fed on a level (L2) disposed above the introduction zone (Z), wherein the apparatus (10) comprises transfer means (22, 25) for transferring by gravity the one or more objects (O) from the level (L2) to the introduction zone (Z).
Abstract:
A machine for making single use capsules (1) for extract or infusion beverages comprises: a transport element (8) for transporting rigid containers (2) and being closed in a loop around movement means (9); a feeding station (11) for feeding the rigid containers (2) into respective pockets (10) of the transport element (8); a dosing station (12) for dosing the product into the rigid container (2); a closing station (13) for closing the rigid container (2) with a piece of sheet (7); an outfeed station (14). The closing station (13) comprises a unit (500) for preparing and feeding single pieces of sealing sheet (7) correlated with the shape of the upper aperture (4) of the rigid container (2); transfer means (17) by which individual pieces of sealing sheet (7) are withdrawn sequentially and continuously from the preparing and feeding unit (500) and by which the selfsame pieces (7) are transported and delivered to a sealing wheel (19) adapted to seal the piece of sealing sheet (7) to the rigid container (2).
