Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing a hydrogen sensor, the method comprising the steps of: disposing a thin film made of a transition metal or an alloy thereof on a surface of elastic substrate; applying a tensile force in a repetitive manner to the elastic substrate to form a nanocrack on the thin film disposed on the surface of the elastic substrate; and injecting hydrogen gas into the formed nanocrack and then removing the hydrogen gas to form a nanogap, wherein the tensile force in the step of forming a nanocrack is applied to an extent that the elastic substrate has a tensile strain of 25% to 100%.

Abstract: A fuel cell system power supply includes: a fuel cell stack configured to react hydrogen and oxygen in air with each other in order to generate electricity; a high-voltage converter configured to boost output power of the fuel cell stack; and a high-voltage junction unit configured to transmit the output power of the fuel cell stack to the high-voltage converter and to receive high-voltage power from the high-voltage converter. The high-voltage junction unit has a structure configured to simultaneously accommodate an output terminal of the fuel cell stack and an input terminal of the high-voltage converter. Consequently, the assembly structure of the high-voltage junction unit may be simplified, whereby productivity may be improved. In addition, maintainability may be improved, whereby it is possible to efficiently maintain a fuel cell vehicle.

Abstract: A fuel cell vehicle of the disclosure includes a cell stack, a boost converter receiving a first target voltage from the cell stack, a supercapacitor, an initial charging converter receiving a second target voltage from the cell stack, a first switching unit configured to be switched in response to a first control signal to connect an output side of the boost converter to the supercapacitor, a second switching unit configured to be switched in response to a second control signal to connect an output side of the cell stack to the initial charging converter, and a controller configured to generate the first and second control signals in order to connect the output side of the boost converter to the supercapacitor while the output from the initial charging converter is charged in the supercapacitor so that the supercapacitor is charged until startup is completed by receiving the first target voltage.
