Abstract:
A distributed service scheduling method, including obtaining, by a first terminal, an invocation request for a first service, determining whether the first terminal locally supports the first service, determining, by the first service, in response to the first terminal not locally supporting the first service, whether a local database comprises service information of the first service, determining, in response to the first terminal locally supporting the first service, identifier information of the first service and a second terminal that supports the first service, sending the identifier information of the first service and the invocation request to the second terminal, wherein the identifier information of the first service is used by the second terminal to match the first service, and receiving, by the first terminal, a result of executing the first service by the second terminal based on the invocation request.

Abstract:
A data query method supporting a natural language, an open platform, and a user terminal are provided, where the method includes: receiving, by the open platform, a natural language query statement sent by the user terminal, and transforming the natural language query statement into a query statement that is recognizable by a third-party content provider; sending, by the open platform, the query statement that is recognizable to one or more third-party content providers; receiving, by the open platform, one or more query response messages returned by the one or more third-party content providers according to the query statement that is recognizable; and sending, by the open platform, the one or more query response messages to the user terminal.

A difficulty in accessing the open platform by the third-party content provider can be reduced.
Abstract:
A help processing method and device based on semantic recognition are presented. The method includes receiving, by user equipment, a search request entered by a user, where the search request includes information about a problem statement described in a natural language; performing semantic recognition processing on the information about the problem statement, to obtain information about a search intention of the user; and searching a database using the information about the search intention as a search term, to obtain help content needed by the user.

Abstract:
A deep learning based dialog method, apparatus, and device are provided and belong to the field of artificial intelligence. The method includes: obtaining a to-be-replied statement, encoding the to-be-replied statement to obtain a first vector , where the first vector is a representation of the to-be-replied statement; obtaining dialog history information corresponding to the to-be-replied statement, and the attention vector is used to represent search intent; making each dialog statement interact with the attention vector, so as to extract information related to the search intent from the dialog statement to obtain a plurality of result vectors, generating a to-be-decoded vector based on the plurality of result vectors, and decoding the to-be-decoded vector to obtain a next word in the reply statement. In the method, the reply statement refers to a dialog history.
