Abstract: This application provides a voice interaction method and apparatus. A first apparatus obtains, by using a voice sensor, first voice information including a voice instruction of a user. The first apparatus may determine, based on the first voice information, to perform a target operation indicated by the first voice information. The first apparatus may also send the first voice information to a second apparatus. The first apparatus may determine, based on a first preset condition, to perform a first operation determined by the first apparatus based on the first voice information. The first apparatus may alternatively determine, based on a first preset condition, to perform a second operation indicated by the second apparatus. The solution provided in this application helps balance accuracy and efficiency of voice recognition, and further helps enable the apparatus to appropriately and quickly respond to the user.

Abstract: An intent state management method, network element, and system are described. A first network element obtains a first network parameter value corresponding to an intent; and determines, based on the first network parameter value corresponding to the intent, that a condition for achieving the intent is not satisfied. In accordance with the determination, the first network element suspends execution of the intent, sends a first notification message to a second network element, where the first notification message notifies the intent to enter a sleep state; and sets the sleep state to an active state when the condition for achieving the intent is satisfied or the intent is modified. Network resources of the first network element can be saved. When the condition for achieving the intent is satisfied or the intent is modified, the intent enters the active state, so that a state of the intent can be adjusted in time.

Abstract: This application provides example data communication methods and apparatuses. One example method includes, after a terminal device is handed over to a first base station and the first base station receives data sent by a switch, generating, by the first base station, second indication information. The second indication information is used to indicate a second base station to stop receiving the data sent by the switch. The first base station can then send the second indication information to the second base station. After receiving a feedback acknowledgment of the second base station for the second indication information, the first base station can then send, to the terminal device, the data sent by the switch.

Abstract: A synchronization method and an apparatus are provided to meet a time precision requirement of an industrial factory in a scenario in which a mobile network is connected to an Ethernet network. In an embodiment, a first device determines seventh timestamp information by using timestamp information of receiving and sending packets in a mobile network, so that a second device calculates a time offset between the first device and the second device based on the seventh timestamp information and time points of receiving and sending packets in an Ethernet network, to perform time synchronization. In the method, impact of a transmission delay between the first device and the second device can be avoided, so that a time precision requirement of an industrial factory can be met in a scenario in which the mobile network is connected to the Ethernet network.
