Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a CA processing method and device, so as to provide a CA processing scheme applicable to a network sharing scenario. In the embodiments of the present invention, a second cell is determined according to a first PLMN ID used by a CA user equipment in a first cell and a frequency supported by the CA user equipment, where the first cell is a cell that the CA UE currently accesses, CA can be performed on a second PLMN ID supported by the second cell and the first PLMN ID used by the CA user equipment in the first cell, and a frequency used by the second cell can be supported by the CA user equipment; and, according to the determined second cell, a CA cell is configured for the CA user equipment.

Abstract: In the field of wireless communications technologies, a CA processing method and device, with a CA processing scheme, are applied to a network sharing scenario. Abstract: A carrier selection method and device in a carrier aggregation technology are disclosed. In embodiments, a base station obtains radio channel information of a PCC and radio channel information of an SCC that are reported by CA UE; and when the radio channel information of the SCC is greater than the radio channel information of the PCC, the base station sends, to the CA UE, an RRC reconfiguration message including information about the SCC, so that the CA UE uses the SCC as a new PCC.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data scheduling method and a data scheduling device, which is configured to: receive channel quality information sent by a first terminal; calculate a current instantaneous scheduling rate of the first terminal on a first component carrier by using the channel quality information; acquire an average scheduling rate of the first terminal on the first component carrier; calculate a scheduling priority of the first terminal on the first component carrier by using the instantaneous scheduling rate and the average scheduling rate; and allocate a physical resource of the first component carrier to the first terminal. In this way, a multi-carrier terminal is enabled to obtain a stable high rate, differentiation between terminals is achieved.
