Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and apparatus related to NDPA frame indication. An aspect of the disclosure provides a method. The method includes sending, to one or more stations (STAs), a request for channel state information (CSI). The request includes a null data packet announcement (NDPA) frame including a first field and a second field. The first field indicates presence of the second field, and the second field indicates a variant of the NDPA frame. The method further includes receiving, from the one or more STAs, a CSI feedback response based on the request. In some embodiments, the first field is one of a sounding dialog token field and indicates the presence of the second field via at least two bits. In some embodiments, the first field is a frame control field and indicates the second field via a 4-bit subtype subfield.

Abstract: An access point, AP, (110) configured to establish an Enhanced Broadcast Services, EBCS, multicast stream between one or more backend servers (140) and one or more non-AP stations (120) of a WLAN is provided. The AP (110) comprises a communication interface (113) configured to transmit or receive a frame of the EBCS multicast stream, wherein the frame comprises a content identifier indicative of the EBCS multicast stream, an EBCS MAC address indicative of the frame being an EBCS frame, and a multicast address indicative of the frame being a multicast frame. Moreover, a corresponding non-AP station (120) is disclosed.

Abstract: A transmission method is applied to a tunneled direct link setup (TDLS) such that different stations (STAs) associated with a same multiple basic service set identifier (BSSID) set communicate with each other based on the TDLS, to implement point-to-point communication. In the method, a first STA sends a first radio frame. The first radio frame includes initiator address information, responder address information, and a first BSSID. The first BSSID is in the multiple BSSID set including a BSSID of a basic service set (BSS) in which the first STA is located. The first STA receives a second radio frame. The second radio frame is a response frame of the first radio frame.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for methods, systems and apparatus related to WLAN enhanced channel map advertisements. An aspect of the disclosure provides for a method for discovering a network. The method includes sending a discovery request to an access point for discovering a network, the discovery request requesting for: available channels of access points within a radio range of the device, one or more access network operators for the available channels, and one or more service providers for the available channels. The method further includes receiving from the access point a response message including one or more lists indicative of: the available channels, the one or more access network operators, and the one or more service providers. In some embodiments, the response message is based on one of: internal data of the access point, and databases indicative access network operators and service providers.
