    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a multi-link communication method and a related apparatus. The method includes: a first station sends, on a first link, a radio frame to a second station, where the first station is one of multiple stations included in a first multi-link device. The multiple stations included in the first multi-link device work on multiple links, and the multiple links include a first link on which the first station works. The radio frame includes at least two management frames, the at least two management frames are generated by at least two stations that work on different links in the first multi-link device, and the second station is one of multiple stations included in a second multi-link device.

    Abstract: This application discloses example device-to-device (D2D) transmission methods and communication apparatuses. One example method includes receiving, by a station, a trigger frame sent by an access point, where the trigger frame includes a user information field, the user information field includes an identifier of the station, resource allocation information, first indication information, and second indication information, the first indication information indicates that a resource unit indicated by the resource allocation information is used for D2D transmission, and the second indication information indicates that the station is a sender or a receiver of the D2D transmission. The D2D transmission is performed by the station on the resource unit indicated by the resource allocation information.

The method includes: generating link grouping information, where the link grouping meets a following characteristic: links belonging to different link groups support simultaneous data sending and receiving; and sending the link grouping information.

    Abstract: This application provides a multi-link-based communication method and an apparatus, to resolve a problem of an improper switching operation in an MLO. This application is applied to a wireless local area network system that supports a next-generation Wi-Fi protocol of IEEE 802.11ax, for example, 802.11 series protocols such as 802.11be, Wi-Fi 7, or EHT, and a next generation protocol of 802.11be, Wi-Fi 8, or Wi-Fi AI, and may be applied to a UWB-based wireless personal local area network system and a sensing system. According to the method, a related condition of a group addressed frame other than a trigger frame, a multi-station block acknowledgment frame, and a no-data PPDU announcement frame is added to a condition set, so that a non-AP STA can determine, based on information about the group addressed frame when performing a switching operation, whether to switch to a listening operation mode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure suggests to expand and improve the method of utilizing channel resources in the 802.11be standard by allowing the use of multiple and non-contiguous portions of a channel. Supporting multiple resource units (MRUs) and non-contiguous resource units (RUs) improves the channel utilization by making it more efficient due to enhancing the capability of leveraging the channel selectivity. To this end, a wireless network device for resource allocation is provided and configured to define a non-contiguous MRU in the bandwidth of the channel. The channel comprises a plurality of RUs, and the MRU is defined based on non-punctured RUs after puncturing one or more of the RUs of the channel, and/or is defined by aggregating two or more non-adjacent RUs of the channel.
