Abstract: Methods and related devices for performing congestion control in a decentralized way are provided, particularly for controlling interference among autonomous wireless communication links, such as sidelink communication. Abstract: A base station is configured to: configure a transmission group including at least two User Equipments (UEs), and transmit a signal to at least one of UEs in the transmission group. A UE is configured to: receive a signal from a base station, in particular a gNB.
