The present disclosure provides an image decoding method based on a wavelet transform. The method includes: performing entropy decoding on the compressed bitstream to obtain a reconstructed wavelet coefficient; dequantizing the reconstructed wavelet coefficient to obtain a dequantized wavelet coefficient; and performing N inverse wavelet transforms on the dequantized wavelet coefficient based on the wavelet transform model to obtain a reconstructed image, where the wavelet transform model is implemented based on a convolutional neural network (CNN).

Embodiments relate to optical transport technologies, and more specifically, to a clock transmission method. Under this method, a first optical data unit (ODU) container can be obtained. Phase discrimination can be performed on an obtained first clock and a first ODU clock of a transmit end, to generate a first PD value. The firstPD value can then be inserted into an overhead of the first ODU container. The first ODU container can be encapsulated into a second ODU container, and the second ODU container can be sent. A rate of the second ODU container is higher than a rate of the first ODU container. The first PD value is transmitted in the first ODU container which is not decapsulated in a subsequent transmission process. Therefore, final recovery of the first clock is not affected, so that a deviation between a finally recovered clock and the first clock is greatly reduced.

Embodiments of this application disclose an interpolation filter training method and apparatus, a video picture encoding and decoding method, an encoder, and a decoder. According to the training method, a first sub-pixel picture obtained through interpolation by using a conventional interpolation filter is used as label data, to train a second interpolation filter, so that the second interpolation filter obtained through training can be directly used for a pixel value, obtained through interpolation, of a first fractional pixel position. Therefore, the label data is more accurate, and coding performance of a video picture is improved. According to the encoding method, during inter prediction, a target interpolation filter used for a current encoding picture block is determined from a set of candidate interpolation filters, and the encoder selects, according to content of the current encoding picture block, an appropriate interpolation filter to perform an interpolation operation.

The present disclosure provides a reference image encoding method, including: encoding sequence, to obtain a reconstructed image of a first and second reference images; determining whether a local area in the second reference image is suitable for updating first reference image; determining whether the first reference image is updated; when the first reference image is not updated, and it is determined the second reference image is suitable for updating the first reference image, replacing a pixel value of a corresponding area or a related area in the first reference image with a pixel value of the local area in the second reference image; and compiling, into the bitstream.

The present invention provides a network topology hiding method and device. The method includes: receiving a first service request, where the first service request is sent by a subscriber through a first network function entity and includes a name of the first network function entity and a subscriber identifier; determining a virtual name set corresponding to the name of the first network function entity, where the virtual name set includes at least two virtual names; and determining one virtual name from the virtual name set, and replacing the name of the first network function entity with the determined virtual name. The unfixed replacement further ensures effectiveness of network topology hiding.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for determining a policy and charging rule function entity. The method includes: receiving, by a first PCRF, a first request message transmitted by a first routing agent device, where the first request message carries an IP address of a user; inquiring a pre-stored corresponding relationship between the IP address of the user and an identity of a PCRF currently serving the user according to the IP address of the user, and determining an identity of a second PCRF currently serving the user; and transmitting a message carrying the identity of the second PCRF to the first routing agent device. The method realizes that session information of the same user can be routed to the same PCRF when a biplane DRA is under a multi-PCRF networking, and provides reliable DRA signaling network networking.
