This application relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses a signal transmission method and device, and a system. The method includes: determining, by a first device after receiving first information transmitted by a second device, to perform at least one of interference measurement and channel measurement on a resource, or to transmit a reference signal on a resource. The second device can configure the resource of the reference signal for the first device by transmitting the first information to the first device that is in a transmitting state or a receiving state, thereby improving flexibility of resource configuration of the reference signal. When this technical solution is applied to cross interference measurement, accuracy of inter-UE interference measurement is improved.

The resource configuration method includes: receiving, by user equipment, configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to indicate at least one time interval and at least one time-frequency resource unit within the time interval, and the time-frequency resource unit includes a first time-frequency resource subunit and/or a second time-frequency resource subunit; and reconfiguring, by the user equipment, a resource mapping manner and/or a rate matching manner based on the configuration information, so that no downlink receiving or uplink sending is performed by the user equipment on the first time-frequency resource subunit, and adjusting a timing offset of the second time-frequency resource subunit to perform downlink receiving or uplink sending on the second time-frequency resource subunit obtained by adjusting the timing offset. Resource utilization can be improved while ensuring that the user equipment correctly receives data.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for determining a time domain resource mapped by a reference signal, and relate to the field of communications technologies, to ensure correct data demodulation. The method includes: determining, by user equipment based on configuration information, a time domain resource mapped by a reference signal and/or a subcarrier spacing of the reference signal, where the configuration information includes predefined first configuration information and/or second configuration information sent by a base station. The method is applied to a scenario of determining the time domain resource mapped by the reference signal.
