A hermetically sealed container includes a container body having a bottomed cylindrical shape that opens upward, a lid having a cylindrical portion that is fitted into an end portion on an upper opening side of the container body, the lid openably closing an upper opening of the container body, and a sealing member having an annular shape, the sealing member being provided on the cylindrical portion and hermetically sealing a gap between the cylindrical portion and the container body. The container body having a contact surface that the sealing member contacts, the contact surface being a tapered surface.

A sample for electron microscopy includes a base member and a sensor. The sensor is configured to measure data on the sample. The sensor includes an insulating member and a measuring element. The insulating member is deposited in or near an area of observation that is defined on a surface of the base member. The measuring element is deposited on a surface of the insulating member or over the surface of the base member and the surface of the insulating member.

A borescope includes a plurality of bending parts, a plurality of lens barrels, a plurality of joint parts, an objective lens device, a plurality of reflectors, a plurality of relay lenses, and a camera mount. The plurality of lens barrels are connected via the plurality of bending parts with predetermined bend angles, respectively. Rotation angles of the plurality of bending parts are changeable via the plurality of joint parts relative to the plurality of lens barrels. The objective lens device has an objective lens and is detachably provided at a front end side of the plurality of lens barrels. The plurality of reflectors are respectively disposed in the plurality of bending parts. The plurality of relay lenses are respectively disposed in the plurality of lens barrels. The camera mount is provided at a rear end side of the plurality of lens barrels.

A thin film sensor includes an insulating layer provided on a surface of a measurement target, and a sensor layer that is laminated on the insulating layer, and includes a plurality of regions partitioned by a groove that is provided by irradiation of a laser and penetrates in a thickness direction. Among the plurality of regions, at least one region corresponds to a sensor region that senses a pressure applied to the measurement target or a temperature of the measurement target, and other regions each correspond to a non-sensor region that does not sense a pressure applied to the measurement target or a temperature of the measurement target.
