    摘要: A numerical control system controls a plurality of axes with a plurality of channels (10, 20, 30). When a machining program for a first channel (10) is interrupted after a single block in response to a single block signal (6), the feeding of commands of a machining program for other channels (20, 30) is held. The machining programs are thereby executed in synchronism with each other. The machining processes are prevented from being unbalanced, and machining interference is avoided.

    摘要: An involute interpolation method for machining operations is used in a numerical control apparatus.A rotational direction (G03.1) of an involute curve, an incremental distance along the involute curve or an incremental angle, a center position (X.sub.0, Y.sub.0) of a base circle and a radius (R) of the base circle are obtained per the instruction. The involute curve is interpolated using a predetermined distance or predetermined angle.The above processing is executed with a numerical control apparatus and pulse distributions are continuously carried out. Therefore, the involute curve can be interpolated without need for a special program producing system.

    摘要: A numerical control method is provided, which is capable of compensating for a response delay of a servo system to command pulses to thereby make it possible to repetitively effect reciprocal movement of a controlling object at a high speed over the entirety between target positions inclusive of these positions, without the need of increasing a time period for execution of a desired operation.A time period (T0) required for delivering all of the command pulses for forward movement is calculated on the basis of a commanded moving amount and a commanded feed rate (V0) stated in a program, and a corrected feed rate (V1) is calculated in dependence on the amount of command pulses for backward movement delivered over a time period (t2) starting at an instant (t1) that delivery of command pulses for backward movement is started and ending at an instant a positional deviation becomes zero, and further, the command pulses for forward movement and for backward movement are delivered over the time period (T0) at the corrected feed rate (V1), respectively.

    摘要: A control apparatus for a built-on machine tool according to the invention has a plurality of heads or cutters connected to control axes of respective control systems which are controlled independently by individual control programs. The apparatus includes commander for synchronously issuing a standby command or standby-cancellation command to each system, and timing setting means for setting standby command timing or standby-cancellation command timing between systems brought into coincidence by the command means, wherein standby timing or standby-cancellation timing set with regard to the program of one specific system decides the timing of standby control by the program of another specific system. As a result, a system to be put on standby and a system to be released from standby can be designated at will to enable highly efficient control of the machine tool.

    摘要: An involute interpolation method is provided for machining operations in a numerical control apparatus, in which a rotational direction of an involute curve, a center position of a base circle (C), and a radius (R) of the base circle (C) are instructed, and an interpolation is performed with respect to an involute curve having a start point (P.sub.s) on a first involute curve (IC1) and an end point (P.sub.e) on a second involute curve (IC2). According to such a method, machining operations can be done by the use of a specifically configured involute curve which is distinct from the two involute curves.
