Abstract:
The invention relates to a piste grooming vehicle with a point of application for cable forces that is associated with a cable winch, said point being at a distance from a yaw axis of the piste grooming machine, at least one control device being provided and being operatively connected to at least one control means for automatically compensating at least one cable torque that can be applied by a cable traction force of the cable winch in relation to the yaw axis.
Abstract:
Winch for a vehicle and method for coupling and/or uncoupling an anchoring device to and/or from a positionally fixed anchor partThe invention relates to a winch for a vehicle, in particular for a piste maintenance vehicle, with an elongate flexible traction means which is assigned to a drive device which is configured for the introduction of tractive forces to the traction means, and with a guide device which is provided for feeding the traction means to the drive device, and also with an anchoring device which is mounted on a free end region, facing away from the drive device, of the traction means and is configured so as to be adjustable between an opening position and a locking position, in order to allow a positive anchoring of the traction means on a positionally fixed anchor part, and also to a method for coupling and/or uncoupling an anchoring device to and/or from the fixed anchor part.According to the invention, the anchoring device and/or the guide device is assigned an actuating means which is configured for an opening and/or closing movement of the anchoring device.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a steering column arrangement for a motor vehicle, in particular a tracked vehicle, with a steering wheel, assigned to which are means for the electrical or electronic transmission of steering movements of the steering wheel to a vehicle control system, and the steering wheel being arranged in a rotationally movable manner on an upper steering column part, which is held adjustably in relation to a lower steering column part arranged fixedly on the vehicle. Means for vertical adjustment and means for longitudinal adjustment are provided between the lower steering column part and the upper steering column part, in order to adjust the upper steering column part in its height and in its length in relation to the position of the driver's seat.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a snow grooming device, which can be attached to a tool carrier in the front or back of a snow grooming vehicle and which is provided with a snow conditioning tool that can be coupled to the tool carrier, and with a tiller unit on the same side of the vehicle. To create a better application potential for conditioning the snow base with this snow grooming device, in spite of its simple design and simple operation, it is suggested according to the invention that the tiller unit is designed as an exchangeable adapter separate from the conditioning tool, and that it can be separately coupled to and uncoupled from the vehicle.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device particularly suitable for grooming/shaping various snow terrain features used by recreational snowboarders and/or skiers and includes an adjustable arm assembly (2) attachable at one end to a suitable vehicle and being capable of deployment substantially orthogonally to the direction of movement of said vehicle; said arm being substantially elongated and including two or more articulately connected sections (5, 6, 7) and one or more actuator means (11, 12, 13) capable of changing the orientation at least two of said sections (5, 6, 7) with respect to each other. The invention is also suitable as a means of shaping embankments or features of earth, soil, sand and so forth or for cutting grass or similar undergrowth.
Abstract:
A tracked vehicle with a drive system, which performs driving, braking, directional change, and steering functions as a function of corresponding control commands from an electronic control unit. According to the invention, at least one separate brake system, which operates without current, is provided, which can be enabled by at least one actuating element, which also acts in the absence of current, when a function parameter exceeds or falls below at least one limit value.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a cleat assembly for drive tracks for tracked vehicles, in particular those used for grooming ski slopes. The cleat assembly has a cleat member that includes, in cross section, a U-shaped body as a connection shank and two U-shanks connected with the connection shank via a flex rim that fit together and end opposite to the connection shank by forming an end piece of the cleat member. The flex rim includes a roll bead that is positioned projecting essentially outward from the connecting shank and bent upward toward the end piece.
Abstract:
A piste-preparation device for preparing a half-pipe comprises at least one tool adjustably mounted on a piste vehicle, and lateral members which are laterally disposed relative to the tool and can essentially be assigned to side walls of the half-pipe. To prepare a half-pipe even in cases where the surface is hard and, at the same time, to remove a large amount of material, in particular from the half-pipe side walls, each lateral member comprises removal means designed with removal tools which can move substantially transversely to the direction of travel of the piste vehicle.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of operating a winch, in which a rope which is wound onto a driven reel is supplied to at least one capstan head and wound around said capstan head, with a capstan drive rotating the capstan head and producing a rope advance due to the rope friction existing between rope and capstan head. Moreover, the present invention relates to a corresponding device. As an improvement of the method and the device, the invention suggests a reel drive which is adjusted separately next to the capstan drive.
