摘要： The present disclosure relates generally to equipment utilized and operations performed in conjunction with a subterranean well and, more particularly, to an improved liner hanger system. A downhole expandable liner hanger positioned in a subterranean wellbore may comprise a liner. The downhole expandable liner hanger may further comprise an expansion element. The expansion element may comprise one or more annular seals bonded to the expansion element, a first spike; and a second spike. The downhole expandable liner hanger may further comprise a woven mesh, wherein the woven mesh is disposed around the expansion element between the first spike and the second spike, wherein the woven mesh comprises a first material layer and a second material layer.

摘要： A downhole coupling system for joining together two segments of a tool string includes two mandrels, each having an interlocking interface at an end that abuts the adjacent mandrel and to communicate torque from one mandrel to the next. Each of the mandrels includes a threaded exterior surface, with the threaded surfaces have opposing thread directions or differing thread pitches. The coupling includes mating internal threads. A plurality of axial grooves is formed in each of the interior surface of the coupling and the exterior surface of one of the mandrels. A keyed latch ring having a plurality of internal keys and a plurality of external keys is included to engage the axial grooves, thereby rotationally locking the coupling relative to the first mandrel and second mandrel.

摘要： An expandable liner hanger system and method of installing same. In an exemplary embodiment, the method includes positioning the expandable liner hanger system within a casing string, the expandable liner hanger system including a setting tool disposed within a hanger body, the setting tool including a cone mandrel defining a tapered external surface and an expansion cone defining a tapered internal surface; engaging the tapered external surface with the tapered internal surface; radially expanding the hanger body to engage the casing string by displacing the cone mandrel and the expansion cone in a first axial direction and relative to the hanger body; displacing the cone mandrel in a second axial direction and relative to the expansion cone to disengage the tapered internal surface from the tapered external surface, thus permitting the expansion cone to bell radially inward from the hanger body; and extricating the expansion cone from the hanger body.
