    Abstract: This application discloses a HARQ process control method and an apparatus, and relates to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: A first terminal apparatus determines that a TB transmitted in a first HARQ process is a first TB transmitted for the last time or a newly transmitted TB; and stops a first timer. Further, the first terminal apparatus sends, to a second terminal apparatus, first indication information used to indicate that the TB transmitted in the first HARQ process is a newly transmitted TB. The second terminal apparatus receives the first indication information, and stops a second timer based on the first indication information.

    Abstract: A video service transmission method and apparatus in the field of communications technologies are provided, where data in a video data frame can be split into at least two substreams based on a mapping relationship between data importance and a substream. The data of the at least two substreams may then be mapped, based on port numbers corresponding to the at least two substreams, to bearers corresponding to the at least two substreams, for transmission.     Abstract: A sidelink resource determining method, an apparatus, and a system, to improve reliability of sidelink data transmission when a first terminal does not receive acknowledgment information for a first data packet from a second terminal. According to the method, when the first terminal determines that the first terminal does not receive the acknowledgment information that is for the first data packet and that is fed back by the second terminal, if the first terminal determines that the second terminal fails to decode the first data packet, the first terminal may determine a sidelink resource used to retransmit the first data packet, so that the first data packet can be retransmitted on the re-determined sidelink resource. In this way, reliability of sidelink transmission is improved. The solution may be applied to fields including unmanned driving, automated driving, driver assistance, intelligent driving, connected driving, intelligent network driving, car sharing, and artificial intelligence.
