Abstract: Embodiments provide a power adjustment method and an access network device, and the embodiments relate to the field of communication technologies. A target power increase value is adaptively determined based on a target key characteristic of a target cell, so that a cell coverage loss and a cell capacity loss caused by channel shutdown are compensated for, and a good energy-saving effect is obtained. The access network device blocks transmit channels that are of some of a plurality of antennas and that correspond to the target cell. Then, the access network device obtains the target key characteristic of the target cell, and determines the target power increase value based on the target key characteristic. The access network device increases, based on the target power increase value, transmit power of the access network device corresponding to the target cell or a target user.

Abstract: A power control method and a device are provided. The method includes: modulating a first bit stream by using a first modulation scheme to obtain a first modulation symbol, modulating a second bit stream by using a second modulation scheme to obtain a second modulation symbol, and modulating, by using a third modulation scheme, a combined bit stream obtained by combining the first bit stream and the second bit stream to obtain a joint modulation symbol; modifying the first modulation symbol by using a first modification coefficient to obtain a first modified modulation symbol, and modifying the second modulation symbol by using a second modification coefficient to obtain a second modified modulation symbol; separately performing power control processing on the first modified modulation symbol and the second modified modulation symbol, and sending, to a terminal device, a combined modulation symbol obtained after the power control.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to communication methods, network devices, and terminal devices. One example method includes obtaining state information of current communication with a terminal device, determining a transmission time sequence of the terminal device based on the state information, where the transmission time sequence of the terminal device indicates duration from a time point at which the terminal device receives data to a time point at which the terminal device sends a response to the data, and sending to the terminal device indication information used to indicate the transmission time sequence.
