The present application discloses a resource determining method and apparatus, which relates to the communications field and can reduce co-channel interference between systems of different standards that share a wireless spectrum resource. The method includes: acquiring relationship information of interference imposed on a first cell by a second cell, where the relationship information of interference is used to indicate interference imposed on the first cell by the second cell in a time-frequency domain, and the second cell and the first cell have different standards; and determining time-frequency resource information of the second cell according to the relationship information of interference, where the time-frequency resource information of the second cell is used for the second cell to perform time-frequency resource allocation.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method in dual connection mode. During a handover of UE from a first 3GPP access device to a second 3GPP access device, the first 3GPP access device notifies the second 3GPP access device of connection information that is used by the second 3GPP access device to control transmission of a service, carried by a third access device, of the UE, so that after the 3GPP handover is performed for the UE, transmission of service data, carried by the third access device, of the UE can continue to be controlled by a 3GPP access device without an interruption, thereby guaranteeing QoS of the service and improving user experience of the UE.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for accessing a network by a UE, and an access device. The method includes: sending, by a source side access device, an access indication message to a UE, where the access indication message is used to instruct the UE to access a target side access device; or sending, by a source side access device, a first notification message to a target side access device, where the first notification message is used to instruct the target side access device to send, to a UE, access information used to instruct the UE to access the target side access device; and in a process in which the UE accesses the target side access device, maintains a connection between the UE and the source side access device, therefore, a service interruption is not caused.

The present application provides an uplink detection-based processing method, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: acquiring first information; acquiring receive power information that is used by a first access device to receive a radio signal sent by a terminal; and performing processing according to the first information and the receive power information that is used by the first access device to receive the radio signal sent by the terminal. Embodiments of the present application can implement uplink detection-based processing.

This application discloses a decentralization processing method, which are applied to a microservice system. A first communication proxy in the microservice system receives a first microservice request sent by a first microservice application, the first communication proxy determines, based on a target control plane rule, a microservice access address corresponding to the first microservice request, and sends the first microservice request to the second communication proxy having the microservice access address, where the second communication proxy is used to forward the first microservice request to the second microservice application. The first communication proxy can send the microservice request to the corresponding second communication proxy, and a control plane does not need to route the microservice request, so that traffic for routing the microservice request by the control plane is effectively reduced, and impact of a burst of microservice requests on the control plane is effectively avoided.

A text processing model training method, and a text processing method and apparatus in the natural language processing field in the artificial intelligence field are disclosed. The training method includes: obtaining training text; separately inputting the training text into a teacher model and a student model to obtain sample data output by the teacher model and prediction data output by the student model; the sample data includes a sample semantic feature and a sample label; the prediction data includes a prediction semantic feature and a prediction label; and the teacher model is a pre-trained language model used for text classification; and training a model parameter of the student model based on the sample data and the prediction data, to obtain a target student model. The method enables the student model to effectively perform knowledge transfer, thereby improving accuracy of a text processing result of the student model.

The present application provides a service offloading method, a device, and a system, and relate to the mobile communications field. The method includes: sending attribute information of a first network to a network controller of a second network, where the attribute information includes identity information of the first network or a combination of identity information and status information of the first network; sending quality information of service to the network controller of the second network, receiving the service offloading indication fed back by the network controller; and selecting, according to the received service offloading indication, a bearer network for a service requested by user equipment, thereby achieving an effect that the network controller of the second network can perform service offloading appropriately according to a network status of the first network, the network status of the second network, and the quality information of service, so as to improve network utilization.
