    Abstract: Embodiments provide an ear pad having an annular structure. The ear pad includes an inner layer and an outer layer covering the inner layer. The inner layer and the outer layer are separate of annular structures and are separated by a first medium layer. The inner layer coats a second medium layer. Acoustic impedance of the first medium layer is different from acoustic impedance of the inner layer and the outer layer. The ear pad is configured to close a front cavity space between a housing and an ear of a user, thereby preventing sound leakage and reducing external noise entering the ear of the user. Various ear pad embodiments provide a double-layer structure including the inner layer and the outer layer separated by the first medium layer.

    Abstract: This application discloses a sound masking method and apparatus, and a terminal device. When the terminal device uses a receiver as an output end of an audio signal, the terminal device determines, based on the audio signal, a masking sound signal, and then transmits the masking sound signal by using a speaker. The masking sound signal is determined based on the audio signal, and a difference between a distance from the speaker to a far field and a distance from the receiver to the far field is small. Therefore, the masking sound signal can better mask a leaked sound of the receiver and prevent information leakage in a call sound.

    Abstract: A wearing detection method, a wearable device, and a storage medium are provided. When the wearable device does not play audio and obtains a first audio signal captured by the microphone, the wearable device outputs a second audio signal by using the speaker, obtains a third audio signal captured by the microphone, obtains a signal feature of the third audio signal, and determines a wearing status of the wearable device based on the signal feature of the third audio signal. In this way, the wearing status of the wearable device can be determined by outputting the second audio signal and performing feature analysis on the corresponding input third audio signal, without a need of an additional sensor, thereby reducing sensor stacking.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a noise reduction headset. A branch pipe is disposed in the headset to connect a sound cavity inside the headset and an external environment. The branch pipe has a low-pass filter function to filter out high-band noise entering the sound cavity from the external environment, so that impact on sound quality inside the sound cavity that is caused by noise in the external environment is reduced, thereby implementing passive noise reduction.
