Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for obtaining a target transmission route, a related device, and a system. The method is applied to a flexible Ethernet FlexE networking network and includes: receiving a first message that is sent by a second node for requesting to query for a transmission route of a first FlexE client; and sending a second message to the second node, where a route information entry in the second message includes route information of the FlexE client on each node. Ingress information and egress information that are of a FlexE client on a route node are recorded as a transmission route of each hop. A segment-to-segment transmission route in the FlexE network can be dynamically found in real time, a planned and deployed transmission route is compared with an actually found route, to evaluate a network running status.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for indicating a fault in flexible Ethernet. The method for indicating a fault includes: detecting whether a fault occurs in at least one physical layer entity included in a flexible Ethernet group; and when a fault occurs in the at least one physical layer entity, periodically sending a fault indication code block to a flexible Ethernet client corresponding to the at least one physical layer entity in which the fault occurs. Compared to the prior art, in the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention, not all bandwidth of a downstream transmission path in the flexible Ethernet is occupied, and data transmission on a non-faulty channel in a same flexible Ethernet group is not affected, thereby reducing a quantity of affected flexible Ethernet clients.

Abstract: Example data transmission methods and apparatus are disclosed. One example method includes receiving a first data packet. When a first ring node detects that a link between the first ring node and a second ring node on a first ring port is faulty, it is determined whether the received first data packet is a wrapped data packet. If the first data packet is a non-wrapped data packet, a second ring port is determined based on the first ring port, the first data packet is wrapped into a wrapped data packet to generate a second data packet, and the second data packet is forwarded through the second ring port.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method. A receiving device determines that a first PHY needs to be added to a first FlexE group in a working state; performs deskew on the first PHY or each PHY in the first FlexE group based on a received data stream corresponding to the first PHY and a received data stream corresponding to each PHY in the first FlexE group, and restores a data stream corresponding to a client from a PHY in the first FlexE group; and if skew between the data stream corresponding to the first PHY and the data stream corresponding to each PHY in the first FlexE group after the deskew is performed is zero, restores a data stream corresponding to a client from a PHY in a second FlexE group. Flexibility of adjusting a PHY in a FlexE group in a working state is improved.
